What an amazing group! I have found this team of dietitians to be incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and innovative with their approaches to nutrition. I've used their services for my own weight loss journey, helping my youngest son through the picky eating stage, and most recently helping my oldest son in building body mass to help him in his athletic endeavors. They are informative, supportive, and help to develop goals that are attainable. We have nothing but good things to say about this group!

My husband & I & our three teen/tween boys have been clients of Whole Health Nutrition for several years. We can’t say enough about the awesome team of nutritionists that have helped heal my gut, helped my boys ensure that they get enough protein as competitive athletes, and help my husband lose weight in a sustainable way. Susie, Stephanie & Abby are all amazing & so easy to work with. We are grateful to have them as part of our healthcare team.

I've worked with Susie as a patient and I also work with Abby as a fellow healthcare professional working together on helping our patients. Susie and Abby are both absolutely top notch and go above and beyond to help make your current diet better, without major lifestyle changes. I love their motto "Food is medicine" and I so appreciate the help making manageable changes to my diet to eat healthier and cook better with simplicity! They make great nutrition easy! Thank you for all you do!!

I attended the Free Nutrition Class on February 12, 2020 given by Susan Polgreen. It was an hour filled with great information & wonderfully healthy tips! It was nice how receptive she was if we wanted more clarification or answers to any had other questions. Along with the educational piece, there was also a cooking demonstration that went hand in hand. The aromas filled the room & we had the joy of tasting it afterwards. There was even some left to take home with us. It was both yummy & healthy. What an awesome combination! We all hope there will be more classes in the future!

I would like to share a recent experience that my wife and I have had with Abby Wadsworth. My wife has had a series of health issues that have come to light over the last several weeks. Without getting into all the details of the specific issues, she was advised to change her diet to a low sodium and low sugar. Already feeling awful for weeks, she felt extreme anxiety and fear about these changes.
We started research online and label reading on our shopping trips. This was overwhelming and after a lot of frustration, I suggested that we should meet with a nutritionist to help.

Gina has been so helpful in finding me delicious, gluten-free, easy to make meals. I especially love that she takes you shopping and provides cooking demonstrations. This hands on approach is invaluable to new cooks like myself. I highly recommend Whole Health Nutrition to anyone with nutritional needs.
