The three buildings that make up Crystal Chalets Condos were sturdily built in the 1960s when Crystal Mountain Resort opened. They provide a quiet and peaceful retreat that is still close to the lifts. Being on a hillside affords some amazing views from each Unit, but be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the Units.

All Condos are one bedroom individually owned units, decorated in the owner's personal style. No two are alike! Each unit has a kitchen, living and dining area, full bathroom and balcony. Each has free shared WiFi, a Flat Screen TV, and 48 channels of HDTV. We Reserve the Right to move you to a comparable unit should there be issues with the unit in your reservation.
Services
We have closed our Waitlist which allowed the request for specific dates. We are currently working with that list to accommodate our guests. Once we have completed that we will open up rentals for online booking. If you would like to be notified please provide your name and email to receive an email as soon as our online booking engine is open.
Our condos were built in the 1960's. Each one is individually owned and the changes and upgrades are different in each unit. Standard Units retain their '60's flair, though some have seen limited upgrades at least 10 years ago. Preferred Units have had extensive upgrades which may include granite counter tops and larger refrigerators.
The Silver Creek and Bullion Basin hiking trails (which are also snowshoe and back-country ski trails in the Winter) pass directly behind and above Crystal Chalets. To access them from the condos, there is a small trail that leads up behind the Black Tusk Building (on the Crown Point building side) to a larger access trail to both.
Located at the Crystal Mountain Resort, just 33 miles east of Enumclaw, 50 miles from Tacoma, 70 miles from Seattle and only 6 miles from the Sunrise entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. Crystal Chalets is not responsible for the weather, power outages or the condition of the snow during your stay.

We have stayed here for the last couple of years. Has great views and quick access to skiing. The newer condos are spacious and you get a kitchen with new appliances. The only negative thing I have to say is that the cleaners clean around 12am - 2am. Both nights we were there we got woken up to someone vacuuming in the room above. We thought it was just the people above but it happened again the second night. Not cool after a long day of skiing!-please reconsider cleaning during the day.

Crystal chalets is very nice. It was nice that our room was already well stocked with kitchen pots and pans and cabinets with spices. Added bonus were the board games we found! Location is quite ideal as we were close to mt rainier national park.

If you have a disability and have a service animal don't plan to stay here. They don't understand the difference between a pet and a service animal. My husband is unable to make the trip because he has a service animal that is being denied.

"Cozy", but reasonable priced, a short walk from the lifts and the bars and restaurants, no hot tubs, about 50 steps from road to the first floor. Rooms are tiny but have high sleeping capacity and are well arranged.

Summertime is the best! Fine dining, cocktails, and all day at Mt. Rainier National Park.... perfect. It's kinda like going to camp, rooms we stayed in were rustic but we didn't stay there for the room itself but where the room is located, you pick up what I'm putting down?
