My husband is the HOA President of our community and I wish to state my (our) complete satisfaction with the entire staff of HOA Solutions especially our assigned manager. She has been responsive, competent and professional. We are challenged with one homeowner who does not like living in a community with CC&Rs. Additionally, this homeowner is antagonistic toward his neighbors, the Board and HOA Solutions. In fact, an ever- increasing portion of our buget is dedicated to attorney fees in an attempt to deal with this homeowner. In spite of constant harassment, HOA Solutions has continued to serve

HOA Community Solutions has been very refreshing. Our Community manager Carolyn Tucker has been absolutely invaluable to our Board. Her response too our requests are prompt. Her response to our unit owners on a timely basis is a greatly appreciated. Carolyn as been invaluable to be as the Board President in bouncing off ideas and helping me to coordinate with the rest of the Board. Carolyn is very in tune with the needs of our board and often times provides me timely suggestions to help our Board. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Carolyn.. We purchased property several years ago that is managed HOA Community Solutions. Although we’ve owned property previously, this is the first time working with an HOA. It’s been a stellar experience— everything from receiving timely emails to what’s going on with the property, to explaining financial statements.
The past year I have been on the Board of Trustees for the property. Community Solutions has found ways to work with all the property owners to find solutions for individual needs.
AND they do all this in ways that feel individual and specific.

I do not recommend this company. I live in a HOA with ONLY 15 homes on ONLY one street. Prior to buying the house, we did our due diligence to make sure the CCR's was reasonable and something we could follow. We had owned houses in small and large HOA's and found in the past that small ones were pretty benign. We found out pretty fast after living in this HOA, it really wanted to be like a big HOA. So they hired this Management Company. Now our assessment is 180% higher than what bought into three years ago. I would not recommend this company for many reasons as follow:

I do not recommend this company. They have been here less than a year and now our assessment is ~$1000 more. During Covid, just what you want! We thought it would be nice to have a Management team, but it turned out to be awful. Don’t do it! From being muted on a zoom meeting when trying to ask questions, concerns selectively being addressed,… members being talked down to and requesting private information to be sent out to others. Just not what you want in a HOA. This company does not creat a since of community. We now have neighbors scared of neighbors. They have very poor interpersonal

Hiring HOA Community Solutions to assist our 45 home HOA was the best thing we could have done. They are very professional and responsive. Our board of volunteers is very small and has always been stretched thin. With the assistance of HOA Community Solutions, the pressure on the few volunteers on the board has eased. And Natasha is an awesome community manager! We are so fortunate to have her. Property management is a tool in the HOA's toolbox and he board still has to make decisions. But, having effective and collaborative property management makes life so much easier. The webinars they offer

Our Association just made the move to HOA Community Solutions and I have to say, I wish we did it years ago! Lacretia quite literally dropped everything to help us on board. The communication to our Board from everyone there has been absolutely fantastic - Immediate responses to questions.
After living in multiple communities around the greater PNW and interacting with quite a few management companies, I feel we have just won the lottery. HOA Community Solutions has set the gold standard very high!

In these dark and uncertain times I'm going to spread some love around here. HOA Community Solutions is truly a fabulous company and makes the day to day of my sometimes overwhelming volunteer job much more bearable. As a Board President, I could not be happier with the quality of service we receive at our large homeowners association both from… our amazing, dedicated property manager Stephanie, and the entire team of trained professionals. HOA Community Solutions really came to our HOA's rescue a few years ago when we were struggling to find good management and had been for years. They got us out of the hole, brought all our accounts to current (including pursuing collections), starting building our reserves right away, and have kept us going strong since. They are professional, very communicative, and most importantly kind and caring people. They are amazing to work with. I highly recommend them!

Our condo development began working with HOA Solutions in the last year. Our Property Manager, Brenda Dickerson is hard working, pragmatic and every so helpful. After roughly 15 years with another company, our HOA switched to HOA Community Solutions (during the peak of the COVID emergency no less). The task seemed monumental but HOA-CS came through in an incredibly professional and responsive way.
Within 45 days of taking over our management all but 1 delinquent account was paid in full thanks to their efforts.
