I called Superior to repair a leak in the irrigation system. I had previously dug out and area around the sprinkler head and determined that the job was more than I wanted to tackle. I am 75 years old and it was 100 degrees. The tech came out and replaced the sprinkler head and covered up the obvious leak in the line and declared the job complete. I had to argue with him that there was still a leak in the line. He said that they did not have the materials to complete the job that day. (I got the impression that he did not want to do any digging.

I could not be more pleased with 'Superior Sprinkler Services'. I called at a neighbor's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The Office Manager, Monica, was SO helpful - fully explaining the process, billing, etc. Additionally, she was very gracious and responsive about scheduling, which was likely a trial (we had issues with a garage door repair conflict and subjected her to many phone calls!) My Technician was a great guy named Robert, who could not have been more friendly, professional, skillful, and efficient. Pricing was exactly as expected and quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

On Sep 20, 2021, just as we were getting our house ready for staging and photographers so we could sell it, I discovered that the sprinkler had failed to water for a week AND water was running from my yard down the alley. Great timing, how will we get this addressed today? There will be people touring the house in 2 days. Having had quick reliable service from Superior, I called them ... hoping... Soon Jeff Walker appeared and calmly assessed the situation. "2 unrelated problems", he said. Your sprinkler controller must be replaced, it's given you 38 good years. And the valve for Zone 5 is leaking
