Cindy Neal has been in the irrigation industry her entire life. Cindy's dad, Chester I. Sutton, founded a lawn sprinkler company in Dallas in 1954 and before his retirement held irrigation license #40 in the State of Texas. The original company was called Hi-Spray and American Lawn Sprinkler Company and at the time the lawn sprinkler systems were in kit form.

The tech, Eric I think, arrived per schedule and immediately started diagnosing problems with my system. Quickly resolved non-related problems with 2 zones. Found and fixed both issues. I'm a avid handyman familiar with sprinkler systems and could not locate the issues. Eric did it, repaired and driving away within a short time and all the while it was raining. Great guy!

Cindy and her team are the best!!! Each time they've come out when i had a leak, the made the repairs quickly and efficient. They are sweet, honest and want to help. Their prices are fabulous and affordable. I even recommended them to my mom. She quit True Green irrigation service and will be a customer for life. As am I. American Sprinkler Repair was great to work with. We had several cut lines in our sprinkler system and they found all the breaks, repaired the lines and tested all the zones. They were flexible and worked with our schedule to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Very professional and did a great job!

I had my main irrigation line break about 6 weeks ago. One call and a couple of hours later, Cindy sent her crew right out and they had it repaired quickly and the gushing water came to an end. They did a thorough job doing a spring tune up to my sprinkler system. The technician even took the time to walk my husband through programming our sprinkler box and showing him all the ins and outs of our irrigation system. Would definitely recommend!
