Bernardo is a highly seasoned professional talent. He has advised me numerous times in the past on expensive property issues where there was a lot to be nervous about. Nothing is certain but it is calming to have him spell out the chances of success for a list of options. When I look back after the hearing to see how well he advised he pretty much hits the nail on nail on the head. Other law offices seem to want to draw you into a retainer fee.
