Was referred by someone and called because its close to my house. Amber said shed send me a link to fill out online and then some one would call me. Its dissapointing that a neighborhood buissiness is so impersonal these days. I filled out the info online and with out my address an out rageous quote was given . Very impersonal.

This is the insurance company that covers our home. Just needed a little quick information so we decided to drive over and drop by the office. So happy we did! Got all the information and a whole lot more from the front desk young lady. This is the insurance company that got us a new homeowner's policy after we were dropped by our old policy because of the hurricanes here in the state of Florida. We were able to get a policy with the same great coverage as we previously had all because of the excellent customer service of the Carpenter Insurance Agency!
