I am a graduate from Auburn University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Over the years my office has qualified for awards including State Farm Chairman's Circle, State Farm Ambassador Travel, and MDRT. I am a past president of the Downtown Rotary Club and active volunteer throughout the community.

Dakota really help me through a jam with some wording error by my 4 point inspections company that go me cancelled by citizens. But, she went through all the channels she could in her buisy schedule and got me the results I needed to get my insurance back for my mortgage! I'm waiting for the confirmation now, but If any else comes up, I know im in good hands

After a couple of weeks of getting the run around with state farm my wife was frustrated and in tears. Her car had fender bender and all she wanted was to get it fixed. Seeing her cry pushed me over the edge so I placed a call to John Shaffer's office. Marce Fowler answered the phone and was wonderful. She was very understanding and within the hour I had a representative from state farm call me and she took care of all my problems. Marce is a wonderful employee and she did an awesome job taking care of me.

I don't even know how long I have been with State Farm and the John Shaffer team. It has been over 18 years at least and maybe 6 cars within my family. I know that today I talked to Carol. She was great!! I stay so busy taking care of others that its good to know there is someone who has my back to take care of me and my insurance needs.

My husband and I are so happy we chose State Farm for our insurance. Eric helped us along the entire way and once he explained the hospital income insurance policy, we knew we had to have it, especially with having two small children who play sports. The policy has already paid for itself after my husband's fishing accident.

While the State Farm Corporation has many issues and challenges, the staff of the John Shaffer office works hard to fix them. We hold 5 different personal and business policies either directly with SF or Citizens (a challenge in itself). Without this local dedication to customer service, we would not be SF customers. In particular, Dakota Simpson works tirelessly with a warm and genuine concern for her customers. Her honesty is refreshing and the Shaffer agency would not be what it is without her efforts.

Dakota was truly God sent! While going through my home buying process, my grandfather had a medical emergency that completely shook me and I was so overwhelmed. While heading to the hospital I got a call from Dakota about my homeowners insurance and other documents she needed.
