My first visit lashes were "ok". Went for a 3 week refill and they looked patchy and unimpressive in 1 week. I HATE leaving negative reviews but when I called letting them know how poorly they held they tried to schedule me for a 2 week refill full price... when it's barely been one full week. I understand sometimes they hold better than other times (I've been getting lashes for years) but it is the lack of customer service that I'd like to share. If you're looking for a new lash place, personally I'd suggest to look elsewhere.

First time client and overall the service and experience was fast and ok. I just wish I had known that these are not true individual lash extensions. What I mean by this is that normally when I pay this price for individual lash extension, one individual lash extension is placed on one natural lash. At Star lash bar, a "fan" or "cluster" lash extension is used. This would be fine if i knew in advance and if the price reflected this major difference in quality. It does not make for as natural an end result and why would i pay 130+ ( with first time discount) for a fan/ cluster

Probably never going back from lash extensions after my experience here! Sarah N gave me a very voluminous and feathery look that blended so well into my natural lashes and complimented my eye shape. They were actually comfortable on my eyes, it's been a good 3 weeks and they still look lovely! Back for my refill!

I was really having a terrible day when my lash technician canceled on me last minute, and I called so many places but all of them were booked, I found star lash and they were so professional and kind that they had time for me and everything was so clean I was really happy with my lash technician Mia, she did a great job and I’ll definitely be seeing her again. During the process she would make sure I was okay and she was very kind and talented. It’s hard to find a good lash studio and I was very impressed. Definitely will be returning.

I used to go to this location a while back and forgot why I stopped going. I recently moved a block away from here so decided to go back. I got a steye that same night, which I figured could happen. I paid 140 dollars and a week into it 60% of my lashes had fallen out. I noticed they had placed two 15’s fans on each eyelash!! I showed a picture of a more whispey look which I believe is done with 2 different lengths. I take good care of my lashes, brush and use a foam lash cleanser and this had never happened before. Also, the technician burped on my head twice thinking I was asleep. Over all

Very poor experience here. I had a technician (name starts with a J, Jade maybe?) and spoke to her and the lady who greeted me that I didn’t want anything longer 8-11mm lashes on my eyes. The lash set was done nearly 1hr later and I got up and saw how long she made them and was disappointed. We spoke like 3x about the length I wanted and she still didn’t do as I asked. She said she would fix it and cut them down AND cut my natural lashes on my right eye. On top of that, I told her the sheets weren’t clean when I walked in and showed her where there was dirt and she either didn’t understand

I miss Nicole! I used to love coming here because Nicole did a great job with my lashes. They always looked natural and lasted for 4+ weeks!!! But recently on attempts to rebook with her, I was told she was no longer working at Star Lash Bar. I booked with another technician, and I’m so sadly disappointed. First off, they ran behind (30 minutes behind on my appointment), but I was like okay let’s give it a chance. I picked this place mainly because they would do a refill on top of another studios lashes and I'm so glad I did! They turned out just the way I like them and flowed well with the lashes from my previous artist. I love that you can text for appointments and they are very responsive so that makes it easy! I will say that my old studio would provide a lash bath with each refill so that is the only thing I wish they would do as well. $5 cheaper if you bring cash. Definitely recommend this hidden place.

Love my new eyelashes ! This was my first time ever getting eyelashes and it was a wonderful experience ! I sure did my research right ! . It's very clean and peaceful ! . This is my first time in YEARS getting lashes and I absolutely love my lashes done by Ann! She suggested a medium length (I think 11)and a bit more of the natural look since it's my first set. She did a beautiful job and I'm Going to get them a little darker next time for more dramatic look. But I love them.

Mia did an amazing job on my lashes. I received a volume set. My eyes are usually super sensitive and allergic to the lash glue after getting lashes but I had no allergic reaction after receiving her services. Scheduling your appointment is very easy (via text) You will receive a quick response. Mia is so sweet and professional . I am very happy with my lashes and will be a return client!

Walking in, no one was at the front to greet or let me know if I had papers to fill out and sign. My lash appt was running late due to the papers. *New customers, please arrive early to fill out the forms! They provide water and snacks in the waiting area.

I love this place. My friend referred me here and I was so impressed with their service, that was before I went to my appointment. My lash tech was so kind and let me know what to expect for my first appointment since I've never had lashes done before. I just wanted something natural for my birthday and she delivered!
