I’ve been in Houston almost a year now and I’ve only been going here for lash extensions. In retrospect and comparison, these were the lightest, softest lashes I’ve ever had. Evie is my lash tech! She’s so sweet and always make sure you’re comfortable and asks what you like! We’re routine now so it’s “like last time?” 😂 booking is so easy. I normally text. The website isn’t so user friendly for me. The space is nice and clean! 5/5 though! I love it here!

I absolutely love Lashes By Ann. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I’ve been coming here for a few months and I won’t go anywhere else. Mila is my lash tech and she does such an amazing job. She listens to my ideas and always makes my vision come to life with my lash sets. My lashes last for at least a month or longer without even needing a refill. Giang at the front desk is very friendly. He offers refreshments while you’re in the waiting area and makes great conversation. The beds in the rooms are comfortable, soft music playing, smells amazing, and the decor is very nice as well.

At this appointment, she also taught me something I hadn't known before, regarding the shape of my eyes & the fragility of my natural lashes, vs the type of lashes I'd requested, which I absolutely LOVED! Instead of simply giving me what I asked for, knowing it could damage my natural lashes, Natalie took the time to educate & help me, to try to prevent me from making a choice that would likely cause harm (weaken my natural lashes) in the future

I went here to get lash extensions for the first time in 10 years and they wholly exceeded my expectations. With several technicians, it's easy to get a last minute appointment and they RESPECT YOUR TIME by being ready to go the moment you arrive, instead of having you wait an additional 10-15 minutes after your appointment time, which I find is very common.

Rather disappointed. I moved away and came back to visit Houston this past weekend and was so excited to get my lashes done here again. Granted I used to go to the original location and I have never been to this one.
The front desk is always on point, scheduling and everything. My lash artist, Mindy, talked me into upgrading from classic set to a hybrid set so they would be more seen. Then she completed my hybrid full set from start to finish in 45 minutes, which I would say is a red flag. I still got up and paid and tipped extremely well and left.
But when I got back and further inspected..

I’m new to Houston, and I was referred by a friend. This is the best lash experience I’ve had start to finish. From the open communication via text to help book my appointment around my busy schedule they helped me find a time slot that worked for my 3rd shift schedule. I’ve tried a few places inside the loop- and this is by far the best in every category! Best client experience hands down- from appointment booking to the minute you walk in, no waiting, technicians are skilled, polite, and go above and beyond. Wow… talk about client service. I’ve used Natalie for my lashes. But regardless, the entire experience at both locations was superb. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Ann for at least 5 years! I previously went to another salon but my eyes started getting very sensitive. I first met Ann and told her my frustration with how my eyes would irritate and swell but i really enjoyed wearing lashes. She tailored my appointment to find out what the issues were and i've been going to her ever since! She is the sweetest person ever, and Thinh is always so friendly and professional! Ann is very nice and makes sure she is gentle with the eye lash application. She used a medical grade glue which is great for sensitive eyes. I am usually very sensitive and had no problems with this glue and lashes. The initial appointment takes about 1 hour. I had a small issue a day later with one of the eye lash scratching my eyelid slightly and Ann was very good at fixing it immediately. Ann's husband runs the front desk and is also very professional and helpful with scheduling appointments.

Ann has been doing my lashes for years now and she does an incredible job! They always look natural and she won't ever do anything to compromise your natural lashes. I'm constantly getting compliments. She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet too and her and her team will do everything they can to be accommodating to you. I am a long term customer of this business and I return to them for several reasons. The location is clean, Covid sensitive and easy to get to. They are responsive, computer savy and efficient. I get reminders about my appointments and it is easy to change and schedule my service. Most importantly, I get compliments weekly on how great my lashes look. In the service industry, it is rare to have the successful marriage of dependability and aesthetic but this one has it in spades.

I used Amazing Lash years ago but they would literally fall off, and I had to get them refilled and touched up so often it wasn't a good investment. Several months ago I gave lashes another try and went to lashes by Ann because of the good reviews and they do not disappoint! Gina is an amazing lash tech - she's so gentle and precise! I'm often amazed by the skills of Gina, and the studio itself is super clean, and cute- very sanitized. You can really tell they put their heart and soul into this place, highly recommend.

Iris did my lashes and she was fabulous. It was a quick process, and they look great... 100 percent that &;&$! is cruise ready!!
I got a full set and they were priced competitively. The room was kept very neat, and Iris went over the options with me, carefully asking about my eye sensitivities.

This is Ann's second location and it's super convenient! I have only ever gotten my lashes done by Ann and was recommended here. It has been the best experience all around; I've never gone anywhere else since. You can tell by the feedback from her original location as well. Ann and her husband are extremely friendly and nice. I am a patron of LBA from the Montrose studio and have been going there for a few years now. The new studio is spacious, clean and is located in a larger shopping center that provides more parking than the other location-which is a plus. I like coming to LBA because of the wide range of hours and technicians available. In addition, scheduling for new appointments can be done in several methods, phone, text, app, online, etc. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. In the waiting area, they also provide water, K-cups coffee or tea, candy and cookies.

The worst experience I have had at an eyelash salon! I have been getting my lashes done in Vegas since 2013 before I moved to Houston a year ago, never have I had and issue until I got my lashes done here. I do not want to fully blame the technicians that is why I am not mentioning names, in my opinion maybe it could be the management that is providing a poor work environment for them to thrive in.

Love this new location. It is much more convenient for me and parking is extremely easy. It's right above nothing bunt cakes.
Always get lots of great compliments when I get my lashes done by Ann. Appointments are really easy to book and they give lots of reminders so you don't forget your appointment.
