This is/was my first home buying experience, and the people at Chisolm Trail made it so much easier! The kindness and professionalism they showed me kept my anxiety in check! Vickie was very helpful with scheduling and payment, and James did a thorough job with the inspection and was super nice about explaining everything to me that I had questions about. Will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

Jim was amazing!! He looked at every inch of our new property and then explained to us and showed us what he meant. He also took great pictures so we can look back and do the small things that need to be done. Everything has a great explanation and even lists of contractors who can help with these specific things! He was very professional! We will definitely recommend him to others!

After talking on the phone with Chris, and him going into detail what services they would provide, I decided to use Chisholm Trail. I was very pleased with the professionalism and detail that the inspector,Jim, gave while inspecting my home. He went over all the issues that were found, and explained in detail what needed to be done. Will definitely use them again.

As first time home buyers, there is a lot to learn throughout this whole process. Speaking to Chris on the phone and setting it all up was really easy and quick. They were able to get out to do our inspection the very next day which was great! I priced another company and Chisholm Trail Home Inspections had a better price, and was able to get out a day faster! Jim did our inspection and was awesome, very personable and also extremely thorough. He explained everything after the inspection and gave us great input on how to fix the minor things that he found upon doing the inspection. We were recommended
