Here at DC Home Inspections, we are committed to providing each of our clients with a thorough home inspection. In doing so, our goal is to provide each of our clients with peace of mind when it comes to their next purchase. As a family owned and family operated business, we provide our clients with the efficient, professional, quality service they demand.
When this seller requests this inspection, it is done prior to the house being listed on the market. A thorough inspection performed by DC Home Inspections will allow the seller to check for any issues, price the house accordingly, and make repairs before receiving any potential offers and provide transparency in the disclosure statement.
DC Home Inspections will provide a detailed, on-site home inspection report following every inspection. All that we ask is that our clients are available for the last hour of the inspection to go over the report and answer any questions that they may have. Below is a sample of our Home Inspection Report that will be provided to each of our clients upon completion of each inspection we perform.

DC Home Inpections did such an awesome job for my family and I when it was time to get our home inspected. Bryan Clopton did a great job setting up the appointment and Daniel Clopton did an great job inspecting the home. Daniel sent an email to me after he was finish with a report that was very detailed and easy to read on items that needed to be fixed and ones that were all in good standing. This is a family-owned company, which means they will take the time on these reports and make sure that the customer is satsified. I highly recommend this inespection company to anyone that needs one done

Mr. Daniel arrived on time and was professional. Something can be said for that alone. Daniel went through the inside and then the outside of my home with me. He brought things to my attention that he felt were issues or concerns. He gave me his professional opinion and took his time. From a customer service point of view I feel that he did a great job. I do not usually leave things like this but in this case I did feel the experience and job with DC Home inspections deserved it. I got a email with detailed explanations in it as well as pictures. I will use that email to take care of the things
