We are a water treatment manufacturer located in California. We are known for designing and building reverse osmosis water filtration systems and water purification systems. The company has been in in business since 1994 and enjoys OEM status with a vast number of component manufacturers thus enabling competitive pricing and true value with their products.
Original employee of a large water conditioning manufacturer, founded by father Fred Glines. Hired to set up complete financial and business office procedures. Design engineer for Sunbeam Corporation. Designed fractional Hp motors, numerous injection molded parts, complete appliances and ran a facility in Tennessee.
Mike was running another company right before we started with Dime Water, and that company was going to move to Florida and we did not want to move so Mike said that Di and Me, we will going to open a business and we will call it DiMe Water. That was it! It was so much work, Mike would handwrite our catalogs and I would typewrite everything.
Dime Water, Inc. has Mechanical and Electrical Engineering personnel, which excels in both designing and constructing water treatment products according to our customer's requirements and water needs. Due to the extensive experience and skilled employees, Dime Water, Inc. has the capability and ability to rebuild and recommission primarily commercial reverse osmosis units.
If boron is in the water above a safe level for the intended species of plant, Dime Water, Inc. can be of help. Boron has a very low surface energy which makes it virtually impossible to remove with standard reverse osmosis, so variants of seawater (desal) R.O. units must be employed with varying levels of success.

Years ago we were searching for a filter system for our well. Every company we talked to failed to offer a simple low cost solution. After talking with Mike, the owner and engineer at Dime Water we were a little skeptical because he was offering something that seemed too good to be true. Six years later Mike's filter system is still going strong pushing out 200,000 gallons of usable irrigation water every year. Stay far away from this company. Diane is the worst owner I have ever worked with. If you ever decide to stop buying their products, she will send threatening certified letters to you. Also, if any of their product malfunctions, they charge you extensively to get the product working again. I would not trust this company to stand by their products. Diane should be ashamed of how she treats her long time customers.

Dime Water is a fantastic partner in our endeavor to bring quality filtration products to markets we service. Both Mike and Dianne are excellent at what they do. And they go above and beyond. We recently purchased a water system from them and sent it to our customer. They happened to be in on a Saturday and my customer called them for installation advise. They helped them with their questions and my customer was very satisfied.

I am very disappointed with this company. They started off very nice but things changed after I had to return an item within hours of buying it. For a family-owned business I'm surprised that they were so rude. I even reached out afterwards and they chose to ignore me. They are overpriced and I would never refer them to anyone.

Your answer is exactly what I referred to in my review. Every person that walks in your door is a potential customer and should be treated that way. I stand by my review that I dealt with a shady person that couldn't answer simple question and refused to give their name. Plain and simple. Maybe next time you see someone with a Badge in your showroom, you will think twice about being so shady. After all, it is you who is being sued and served for your poor business practices.

Great folks who just know what to do. Extremely skilled people come to your home and respect your space as if it was theirs. with the south county pinhole leak issue with the thin copper piping all should call Dime and get solutions before you have to open 10K to re-pipe your house. "Buy extra Time by using the folks at Dime". Even if you do re-pipe, you will want this system to protect that investment.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Dime Water has low ethical standards. They are severely dishonest. They will tell you one thing and then go back on their word. I should have read the first reviews before committing to purchase from them. The whole experience has been wrought with frustration due to their lack of integrity, reneging on their word and shady business practices. Be warned, you are much better off finding another company for your water purification needs. They are sweet talkers and make you feel like they are good, honest, hardworking people who love America. Last May I purchased a home filtration system from them (Cost: $3,400.00). After their installer left, I noticed a leak in a component. He came back next day with a new part from their factory, and repaired it. That was good. Four months later there was a failure in a filtration canister which flooded a good portion of the garage. I called Dime Water and was told to "call any plumber, they can bypass the filter". So I did. Cost to bypass: $250.00. Called my home insurance and they

My boyfriend and I had been using a 5 gallon bottle service at our home for quite some time and were overall unimpressed with the convenience (or inconvenience!) of the system. We were looking for a better solution and product, when a friend suggested we check out RO systems; specifically Dime Water.
