Rayne of North County was an absolute pleasure to work with. They
hooked me up with a water softener and whole house big blue filter. I
was very impressed with their professionalism and patience.
I needed a water softener for my home and spoke to one other company.
While the cost was similar, I went with Rayne North County (RWI)
because they were so thorough in answering all of my questions and
concerns. And I had A LOT of questions.
They were able to come out quickly to do the job. Kurt and Jimmy did a
great job in installing the piping and softening/filter units. Kurt
patiently answered

We had a water softener installed by Rayne Water. Their customer service and product was top-notch A+++! We ran into a brief problem with our tankless water heater after the water softener install and Rayne Water went above and beyond to correct the problem. They brought a tech out at 8PM at night, the next morning, and even the owner of the company, Rusty, came over to make sure the problem was solved and we were happy. It is no surprise to me that they have been in business for decades. Their customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a water softener
