I wish I would of read the reviews before moving here. I don't want to her too much in detail about why not because I still live here, but office people are unresponsive (except for Anne, she's great), it's under new ownership but same property management so I doubt that will change anything. Too expensive and they add on extra charges for things. I am looking into filing a complaint against this apartment building currently.

Honestly the worst & most unprofessional people I've dealt with in my life . Maintenance requests are pushed off & ignored , the people working in the office aren't very helpful & most the time are quite rude . Especially a woman named " Maria " she's probably the most unprofessional of them all . If you're looking to being treated poorly as an attendant , love to live with COCKROACHES , & love having to fix everything in your apartment yourself then this is the place for you !

I didn't get into the incorrect billing but thank you for bringing it up. I get a bill 9 months after I moved out. 9 months. So yes I did a review recently because of it.
Please people, stay away from this place! All they do is LIE.

Worse place ever! I have only been here a couple of months and it is trash!! Maintenance is the worst, they do not give a crap about their tenants. I have water leaking from the ceiling for 2 weeks now and they have not done a thing about it. I have talked to the office and they just say maintenance is on the way but never show up. If you are looking to live here DO NOT it, this place is garbage!!!

Disclaimer I don't hate this place. 3001 park is a great place to live for someone my age 18-21 it's decently priced for what you get AT THAT AGE. It's an older building just bought and being renovated yes they're renovated BUT they're still OLD. The frame of my apartment door looked like the police pried it in so with that being said a lot of air came though that I asked for it to be fixed which it was thankfully. ALL of the windows in my apartment were broken the window in my kitchen I could literally push it from the inside and it would fall on the patio the window

What a joke. Came in interested in an apt. The leasing agent was distracted to begin with because she wanted her lunch (she pointed out her co workers were eating without her ). And then she found a fake lizard that her co workers I guess placed on her desk. And started freaking out. Her manager was laughing and trying to hide so she pulled down shades, which came crashing down. I love having fun at work , but if you can't focus long enough for a prospect?? I walked out . I went into 3001 Park apartments to become a new resident since I was shopping around different locations. The individual that day was A Temp but Amazing at helping me out an showing me around. She then told me about the great one month free at sign up.
I went home to do the application to be able to be eligible for the special 7/1/2019 - 7/4/2019
I reached out to this complex that I was moving forward with a different location. That I understood I would not receive a refund for the application but the rest of my money I would like it back as on the form. Since 7/9/2019 I don't stop getting

I do not recommend this 3001 Park Apartments.
I have been waiting for a new garbage disposal for a week now and it is starting to smell the kitchen. Even though its a minor repair, it should not take more than a day or two. Don't bother reading their replies on reviews because they will just tell you to call their Office and I have tried just to get hanged up on. I even contacted their Assistant Manager, Amanda, and still no reply after a week now and going on... I tried asking family member with a different phone number to call their Office and they answer after first ring, so I know they
