I really enjoyed my experience at Reserve at Pinewood. The Leasing Agent, Melissa Thomas, was very friendly, knowledgeable and knew all the answers to my questions. Reserve at Pinewood seems to offered an unique style of living. Offering so many amenities along with an understanding and friendly staff.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!! You have found your home with these apartments. My husband and I decided to down size so we sold a huge home and decided on these apartments. Every time I drive in a feel as though I’m at a resort because it’s so beautiful!!! You have your own garage, trash service every day of the week, a Amazon hub for packages, a pool to die for, unbelievable outdoor seating area, gas grills available around the property, a walking track, workout room, & a doggie park. If I have anything that needs to be fix well let’s just say before the day is though it’s already fixed!!!! In the office

Wish I could give the apartment complex 10 stars. Their customer service is outstanding. And their apartments have attached garages. No more getting completely soaked trying to get groceries in and your work bag out of your car when it is raining. The apartment complex is brand new and comes with beautiful design and appliances. Love living here.

Hands down the BEST place! Melissa and Lacy went out of their way to make sure I had the perfect apartment with the view I wanted and next to the dog park. I have an upstairs apartment with my own stairs inside, PLUS I have an attached garage!! The maintenance staff is amazing as well. The grounds are kept clean, pool is beautiful, and my small work order was completed within hours of calling it in. This is truly the best place to live and location is spot on.
