Save your money or take your car somewhere else. I brought my car for a wash yesterday and my keys were lost or stolen. The manager was not helpful I had to call Monrovia police department for them to start to looking for my keys. I'm a business owner myself and I don't like to leave bad reviews but in this situation I had to warn the public of the risk their taking by going there. A $20 something car wash is now costing me $450 to replace my key. Save your money or go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

I've used this places services for over a year now, usually with great results.
Unfortunately this time my service wasn't complete and when I contacted the business about coming in to right the situation, I was passed off to the manager who was incredibly condescending and disrespectful. He sighed the entire time I was explaining the situation and pretended he couldn't hear me. He says, "...white spots? *groans* I guess you could come back and I'll see if it's something we did."
Bro I'm not going over there so you can be rude to my face. So I ate the money

Tesla owners get ripped off at this car wash.
Charged a complete different amount because its a Tesla. More than what's advertised.
An $8.00 car wash for $35.00
No scent, no tire dressing, no interior cleaning.
This was never stated at the entrance.

Nick, you are wrong. No it was not stated that the wash did not include the aforementioned. 2nd I tried to explain that TESLA now comes with "car wash mode" specifically for conveyor washes. The ticket guy didn't even bother to listen.
When i tried to explain that i wanted the super wash $24.00 he right away said

I had to take my car back because I didn't get what I payed for. My tires had no armour all. My windows were not clean . A poor job was done on them. I go to this car wash about 2 or 3 times a month, plus they went up on prices, pluse a tip. I was very disapointed of the job they done. What hurt me I really like the manager and some of the people that work their. I will go to another car wash now.

Seems like my previous review magically disappeared. Well here it is, and updated one.
After 2 years of not coming here because I now live farther, I came back again. First, when I pull my car up, the guy immediately wants to upsell a package. After I told him I just need a quick exterior wash, he became less than friendly. Then he decided to list my car as a SUV, so they can charge a few bucks more. The lady at the cashier desk keeps telling me I have a SUV, which is actually parked at home right now. But whatever, I think they need the money for than me.

Our 6 cylinder Subaru is considered an SUV. Additional $2 added on. Total cost for the "basic wash" $21. Thats no extra anything. Also, no restrooms available in spite of the fact that we L.A. county has reopened. Not cool.since you do end up spending a pretty long time here. The actual laborers here do a great job on the vehicles.

This is the most convenient car wash I found in Monrovia. When I am in Monrovia, I sometimes come here for a quick car wash drive thru. It is located on a corner and pretty easy to find. It is spacious and is not too busy when I go. I do not remember the price for the express car wash but I want to say it ranged around $15. A little bit pricey for Express but my car was in need of an exterior wash and that was all I had time for. The staff is very kind and there is a huge waiting area for you outside.
Overall experience was good. Nothing too crazy and you get in and out really quick.

I think there needs to be a disclaimer for anyone with a Tesla or a potential EV owner. If you have a TESLA you will be charged an extra $13 on top of the $22 base wash because they will not run the car through the wash. They need to stop the car wash and wash the car separately which is why they are charging you $35. There is a very easy fix! Most car washes are already doing this..... Just have one of the workers sit in the car while the car is neutral. This is a simple solution to have a Tesla go through the wash. When the worker is in the car he can clean the interior, saving time.

They did not give me what I paid for very poor job. I recommend to only pay for the regular was and clean the tires yourself asked for the executive wash and only got the simple wash. Didn't clean the wheels or tires didn't armoal the interior that comes with the executive was they didn't even bother to add a freshener. Used the same 2 towel to dry the car and clean the windows left streaks all over the windshield.
