First time using Smooth Moves and it was exceptional! The crew moved me out of a house in jax beach to a second story condo in riverside in under two hours. Not only were they extremely quick and efficient but they were also incredibly courteous and professional. 10/10 will definitely be using on my next move and highly recommend them to anyone moving jax

Carry & Sheon arrived early, introduced themselves and were very professional throughout the entire job. Not only did they worked together seamlessly to ensure the job was being handled in an efficient manner; they took care with the items being moved. Tye, Sheon and Chester made our move so easy! They made sure all our stuff was carefully loaded and moved. We also didn't do the best job packing before they arrived and they were able to still load everything and work with what we had. I really appreciated everything they did, I'd love for them to help with future moves!

Smooth moves did an awesome job moving us. They were quick, friendly and professional! We had a few items that we actually didn’t need and they had no problem taking it back to our storage unit. Just moved and the process couldn’t have gone more “SMOOTH”. Tye, Maurice and Chester were amazing to work with. Their positive, joyful and professional spirit made me feel as though they cared not only about my belongings and the process but also about me and my children and the stress this move could mean to us. Right at the beginning they wanted to make sure I knew that they wanted this to be a stress free, relaxing day for me, that they had everything covered.... and they meant it! I hired them to help my mom and dad move. We got everything ready and they are really great. I saw their review on google and I decided to hire them.
Gavin and Chris was our moving team they were punctual professional and very friendly. Gavin was on point with the moving plan.
They handled everything with care and it's like having a family member help us with the move.
Definitely would hire them again and would highly recommend

We had the best experience with SMOOTH MOVES! We needed to rent a truck last minute, and Joe McConville was more than accommodating. He and his staff are extremely, professional and a pleasure to work with. He has all the supplies you need and his rates are extremely affordable. We are very glad we chose this company. He does out of state moves, and pricing is what was quoted. Your items will be the only items on the truck, and all the nightmares that you hear about Will DEFINITELY not happen here. Thanks Joe for all your help today!

I will never use another moving company again!
I had SO much anxiety approaching my move because my previous move was a nightmare. Smooth Moves sent 3 wonderful gentlemen who were on time, friendly and efficient. They unpacked my 2 large storage units, loaded the truck and re-packed my remaining items into a smaller storage unit, drove across town and unloaded at my new place, set up my bed AND swapped out the washer and dryer in the unit in record time.
The entire experience was AMAZING.
These guys were a godsend.
I recommend them to everyone.

The inattention to detail even before the contract was signed was all it took to tell me this company will not pay attention to the details of the move. I called initially by phone and didn't get straight answers so I tried email. I had to repeatedly ask the same questions that went unanswered despite the fact that I provided all the information they requested in my initial email.
How many times do I have to tell a mover the day, time and number of men needed?

This was my second time using Smooth Moves for a local move and once again they were awesome! Stan and Jeff showed up on time and got right to work on one of the coldest days (low-mid 30s with snow flurries!). They took their time moving items to avoid damage and loaded the truck with precision, making sure to secure everything. Unloading was just as efficient at my new home. Thanks for making my move so pleasant!

Smooth Moves was the best!!! I used them for a local move and was totally impressed with their professionalism. When it came time to make the move from Pittsburgh to St. Augustine I was concerned about moving my baby grand piano, as well as if they indeed did long distance moves. Not only did they reassure me about the piano, but they came in as the lowest long distance bid. Joe, Jason and Kerry were incredible and I can't be happier. They made a stressful time much easier. I still can't believe how they got all of my stuff on the truck, but they did! They were just as professional

We hired Smooth Moves to help us load a ABF U-Pack Trailer. From the very beginning I could tell that they didn't care much about putting our stuff in the truck so that it doesn't shift in transit. We moved many times before and this was the first time that I saw our stuff being jammed in a truck so carelessly. I was still hoping for the best. When we unloaded at our destination, it was a very sad picture, lots of smashed boxes, the mattresses and other things were very dirty (they did a bad job wrapping them), lots of scratched furniture, and one night stand that was totally smashed
