DB Orlando is one of the best shops i’ve ever taken my vehicle to. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company and DB was very transparent and Emma West was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process. The owner, Drew, took time to explain what it might look like if i needed to hire an attorney and the shop manager, Ricky, called me weekly with updates on where why car was in the repair process. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Our brand new Subaru was rear ended. We were very worried because it was brand new. This was The Best we could have hoped for, Emma kept us updated with everything happening before we even asked!!!! I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience at DB Orlando Collision Center - from start to finish! The staff was friendly, attentive and professional! The facility was clean, organized and state-of-the-art! The owner, Drew Bryant, did the examination and estimating of my damage. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. When I first saw all of the five star ratings, I was a bit skeptical but DB rose above my expectations. The team was professional and communicative. I really appreciate how they worked with the insurance company paying for my damages, despite delays not within DB’s control. I love my car and I’ve invested in it - DB restored the minor damage beautifully. I’m so happy with the results - and they put a rose in my car when I picked it up ❤️ Super sweet! My used Hyundai had some bad damage under the bumper that made it unsafe to drive. I needed it fixed quickly in time for a trip to North Carolina with my two younger sisters. Needless to say, I was so pleased! When I picked up my car less than 24 hours later, not only was the damage totally repaired but the interior was much cleaner. Immaculate service! I was so happy. DB Orlando Collision is the best company I've ever dealt with. Their work is first rate and they are also really nice people to deal with. I have a Prius that had a leak in the rear, allowing water inside every time it rained. After watching countless videos and trying to take care of it myself, I had to finally had to admit defeat and seek professional help. Fortunately, a friend told me about DB. Like you, there are times when we get distracted and have a small fender bender. That occurred to me; so I went searching for a quality collision shop. Based on many reviews, DB collision fits all of the criteria of a well established, quality service, welcoming environment, staffed by good people. Keisha, Travis, Drew, Jack, the Production and Estimate manager and the entire crew at DB are amazing! I recently had my 2018 Mazda CX-5 serviced with them, and they kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about Drew and his team. I had never been in an accident before but low and behold my brand new Lexus NX was rear ended. I did not have a clue where to begin in this stressful process but I came straight to Yelp to find a reputable company. I completely see why this is a top rated collision center. After being rear ended took my BMW to DB,Wasn't impressed with the work that was done on my car at all. Had to have a new bumper and muffler replaced. Had my car for over 2 weeks and when I finally picked the car up wasn't even done right. One thing that was somewhat nice is they delivered my car to my house for the inconvenience. Still had to bring the car back because the muffler wasn't adjusted correctly.

After being rear ended by a Lexus SUV and having a needed repair to my rear bumper I checked out yelp and found some great reviews for DB Orlando collision center. I was very impressed by the owner and his staff.
Not only was the repair clearly communicated up front, but my truck was finished on time and the workmanship was excellent.
DB collision handled everything from the securing of the rental vehicle as well as the insurance claim with the other parties insurance company. I would highly recommend db for any needed collision repairs.

I called them to get an estimate on fixing a frame damage I have on my Lexus vehicle. Drew (the owner I believe) explained to me the process and how the frame measuring machine works.
I have been to so many shops in Orlando, and to be honest, this is the only place that truly impressed me.
Drew is just a great guy. He takes all the time you need to explain the problem. He is honest, straight to the point and willing to answer any questions you have.

I picked db Orlando Collision because of the great online reviews and I wasn't disappointed. My 2015 BMW was side swiped in my parking garage and being new to area I was forced to depend on the online reviews; which I'm usually a little Leery of because they are so easy to manipulate.
