Services
The Collective is very excited to host Nadia Richards and child-students (ages 5-10) who sign up for her art class. This make-and-take art class keeps us young, and fulfills our pledge to be all about art. Targeted class size is 4 children, and the smile sizes are huge! The Collective has been happy to feature jewelry pieces by Miana Macrame since we opened. Artist Julia Bree has her style-rich, hand-made necklaces, bracelets, and earrings on display and for sale. Her popular workshops at The Collective have included Stone Wrapping and Mandala Bracelet classes. Watch for Miana Macrame at local markets or come by The Collective to see the latest inspiring pieces.
Sometimes, friendly customers become part of the crew; this is what happened when Richie Robinson came into The Collective recently. And now, we can proudly host his artwork on our lounge walls. His woodworking and laser engraving art uses an overlapping style usually with 4-6 layers, giving each piece an element of depth and movement that is both eye-catching and beautiful.
Koko Crater Coffee Roasters is a micro roasting company located in the vibrant Kakaako district in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. Being a micro-roaster means we roast and process 50 pounds or less per batch. All of our coffees are roasted by a Master Roaster. Our Master Roaster's knowledge and love for coffee along with the care and aloha that goes into each roast provides coffee drinkers with a wonderful coffee experience.
Travis and Erika own and operate Li'ili'i Donuts and have quickly grown their business into a community favorite on both sides of the Koolau's. In Kailua, Li'ili'i Donuts have appeared at the Sunday morning Lokahi Kailua Market and the famous Thursday night Kailua Farmers Market. We are happy to support them by carrying their products and also serving as their support kitchen for wholesale operations.

Called beg. of Dec spoke to a really nice, customer friendly girl,was told that there were two people that did the type of work I was looking for.
I received an email a few days later and I responded with their request.
Was told bookings were for January..ok, thats reaso able.with the holidays and all..
I called back 3-4 weeks later to check and the guys I spoke with was rude, said they were booking for Feb., explained that I had already spoke to someone and they said Jan. He proceeds to tell.me, he works in bakery and not tattoo shop,
A few days later I get an email saying sorry they are busy
I received an email a few days later and I responded with their request.

I really enjoyed my time at the collective. There's a very hospitable environment in the studio with a makeshift cafe in the front of the house. Trevor is a very personable artist and takes his time with precision , and commitment . I will definitely be coming back to Kailua for more art in the future .

My wife got two tattoos done on the same day with Lisa. The studio was super clean and very hygienic. She was able to incorporate themes from different tattoos that my wife liked into two cohesive designs that were completely unique but still had all the qualities she was looking for. They came out perfectly. Would definitely come here again.

My sister visited from the mainland and we got matching palm trees on our inner arm. After checking out a few other shops in the area, we went to The Collective late one evening and Josh helped us out. He was incredibly professional, fun, and never added any pressure. After seeing the shop (clean, thoughtfully decorated, welcoming) and talking to Josh, we scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The experience was top notch. Price was outstanding for the incredible work. We both left with great tattoos and wanting to just hang out in the shop all day listening to good music and eating good

This is such a chill spot!! Love the setting, the staff is so cool and helpful with menu suggestions, you have the options of sitting inside or outside. It's nice, I like it. It gives off this vibe, it is hard to say, but you CANT get your order to go - at least for me. The setting to sit and enjoy your beverage and or food order is just too tempting. Check it out!
