I thought I found my dry cleaners being new to the area. I've taken a few garments in here and there, everything came back ok. Earlier this summer I took a few winter items in to be cleaned, I didn't check them until I was about to wear them. Welp I won't be going back to this place and I don't recommend you do either. They ripped one of my hems, did not fix it or let me know & they stole my tags off of a nice pair of pants. What business does this?!

This business is a rip off. I took four pairs of slacks in to be altered and when I got them back they still did not fit. They wanted to charge me again for a job they did not do right the first time and then both the clerk and the seamstress wanted to argue with me. They charged me more than was quoted originally. I will never go back to this cleaners for anything! They don't even rate 1 star but I had to mark something.

After years of good service, I can no longer recommend Rose Cleaners.

Earlier this year I took several expensive shirts to have cleaned, as I have done off and on for about six years.

This time, one of the shirts came back with a cut through one of the cuffs, as if it had been cut while the shirt was flat. The cut goes all the way through to the inside of the cuff.

I noticed the cut as soon as I took it out of the dry cleaning bag. It was a new shirt that I had worn once and then had cleaned. It did not have a cut on the cuff when I took it in to be cleaned.

Numerous attempts to get the

Used to live across the street and use these guys all the time. Moved about 15 minutes away a year ago and still prefer to drive to these guys than use places nearby. They are quick and consistent. Other places I've tried are much slower, more expensive and have ruined my clothes. Highly recommend them.

I really wish I could only give good reviews. This place is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I dropped off a pair of jeans to get dry cleaned and they called me telling me I had a hole in them to be repaired. Long story it became the most complicated task for them to stop harassing me and calling me about the hole and how we would as a team wait for the tailor to come in on the day he or she works and go from there. When I said I will just come in and pick them up they said they lost my jeans. After making it clear I'm not the guy to be dishonest with they forked over

Wishing I could give it a zero star. Nice staff for what it's worth though. Took in a $700 suit and when I got it back the pants looked like they used an iron and left it on them for 8 hours too long. The pants turned out shiny and worn thin. It looked like I'd taken them to a dry cleaners for the past 10 years straight. In reality, it was the first time I had taken them in for a cleaning. A hole emerged a week later near the back pocket.

Do not go here! I brought in a very expensive comforter and while i was getting it out of the car i spilled coffee on it. Good thing i was taking it to be cleaned right? No! I picked it up two weeks later, paid the 35 dollars, got it home to put it back on my bed and it was clear that they did not wash it at all! The coffee stain was still crispy and smelled of white chocolate moca and the rest smelled like human bodies. Im pretty freakin sure it should have at least smelled clean! It did not. They charged me for something they never did and wrapped it with a bullcrap note saying they washed it

Wow! Walk in and wait patiently for at least 10 mins and nobody anywhere. I call the place and it rings and rings. 15 mins later a guy comes up and asked if he could help. I was about walk out the door. I told him I think I'm going to go some place else. He clearly didn't care. I'm not sure you would wanna waste your time with this place. Waaaay too many other places to deal with place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOWN COMFORTER THERE!!! I dropped off my comforter to get dry cleaned. When I got it back, all the feathers were clumped together as if had been put in a washing machine. I brought it back for them to fix it. Went back, still wasn't fixed. Went back again, ruined. They ruined my $150 comforter and only refunded me for the cleaning. I told the man at the counter that they ruined my comforter and his response was "at least you got your comforter back". My response was "yes, but it's ruined now I have to buy a new one". His response "now you get

I am never coming back again. I've taken my dry cleaning here twice and was extremely disappointed. I know that I care probably a little too much about my clothing, but they put pins in my skirts in order to hang them on the hangers. I asked them when I returned the second time if they could not do it. I was assured that they would not put pins in my clothes on the hangers, but when I went to pick up my skirts, they all had pins in them. These are expensive suits and I don't want to needlessly put holes in them if I can avoid it. I am going to another dry cleaners were they don't

Small tear to elbow patch!
I posted the photo on the jacket with an elbow repair that turned out to be horrible. To update the experience, the owner called to make the situation right. My BF went back and they worked out some arrangement with a different seamstress. The second repair was better, but still more noticeable than the original tear. The owner also refunded the original charge and put the second repair on the house. I just appreciate the owner trying to make it right.

This place is just OK. They get the job done when they say it will be done. The prices are comparable to most dry cleaners I've been to.

Why only 3 stars and not 5? I came here a few times last week and was perturbed that the employee there never says "hello", or greets me at all. Instead he just looks at me and makes me initiate (I HATE that). Just say "hi, how can I help you" or something. It's simple, really.

I am so upset with this cleaners. For the third time they have NOT done all my pieces AND have not called to notify me. I am leaving on an extended trip tomorrow and really needed my items to be ready. One of my shirts had an iron mark which I reported when I dropped off the items. Also, one of my scarves had a small hole which I also reported as this had happened before and I could not afford to not have my items this time. They did not clean either items. The person at the counter asked if I wanted to speak to the owner and called him on the phone but then he refused to speak to me. How

I'm staring at a weird brown stain or burn spot on my dress shirt right now. The shirt hasn't been touched since it was at Rose Cleaners, and was small enough that I didn't notice it until I got to work.

It reminded me of another odd stain I recently found on a shirt that has been there, that is not coming out.

And now I'm remembering how terrible they are at ironing - marginally better than me in getting tough creases out.

I need a new dry cleaning service. Where are all the good Korean ones in this town?

Dropped off some dresses post-Holiday season so they ended up back in the closet. I'm now sorting through and organizing my dresses and realized a couple things about my clothes that make me a little peeved. As I was taking the dresses out of plastic and transferring them to wooden hangers, I noticed a few things about my dresses. 1. When they hung my strapless Banana Republic dress (which has hanging straps on the inside), they attached the dresses with safety pins to the paper on the hanger. 2. The hanging straps on my other dress were pulled off the dress and barely hanging on!

I dropped off a coat at Rose Cleaners before a trip to the East Coast - for a cleaning and to repair a button. I dropped it off on Tuesday & picked it up on Monday (it was done on Friday). It cost $16.

The coat was clean, the button was fixed - and it was done on time.

I noticed there was a Monday special that I'd take advantage of in the future.

All in all - the job was done & on time. What more can you ask for?

I have used Rose Cleaners for several years now. They tend to be relatively more expensive than other cleaners but they have always done a great job.

They do offer 20% off on Wednesdays and if you add your name to their list, they will send you the occasional coupon over email.
