Shakira Onwuachi, MSW, LGSW, is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Creative Mastermind of Kuumba Collective. She has over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, program curation, and youth development.
She has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults with diverse backgrounds in a multitude of settings including schools, nonprofit organizations, and group homes with a track record of promoting social-emotional development, academic success and, mental wellness.Shakira is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker in the State of Minnesota.
