With all the money being dolled around to Americans one thing is not so clear, actually, it is pretty hidden. For children under the age of six, the maximum credit is $3,600, and for those aged six to seventeen, the maximum credit is $3,000. Half of the credit will be granted in six monthly installments as an advance on 2021 taxes. Families receiving the full benefit will get $300 per month for children under the age of six and $250 for those aged six to seventeen.
