Employees were professional and friendly however they did not have proper vacuum. It was not professional equipment. Just a shop vac. My house is full of dirt, dust, and what ever else was in our vents. We are breathing it now!!! I have cleaned three rooms today all day from ceiling to walls, to furniture and floors. Not happy at all because we had them come do we had no worries about breathing unclean air. Do your research before you choose a company. Do NOT use this company!! You will be missing valuable items if you choose to use them!! We hired them to come out and clean our air ducts. The next day we realized that they had stolen a pair of Jordan's from our master bedroom closet. There was no reason for them to be in our closet as we have no air vents in there. So far the company has been less than helpful. When my husband called to talk with the customer service rep, he insinuated that we were lying and made a joke out of the situation.
If you hire this company to work with, be prepared to have items from your home stolen.

When I made the appointment with this company, I stated very clearly that I was immunocompromised and that only fully vaccinated technicians could work in my home. Michelle told me that all of their techs were fully vaccinated. I scheduled for a three-hour timeframe (for the technician to arrive), rearranging my own schedule to do so. When the technician contacted me to let me know when he would arrive, he told me that he was fully vaccinated but that his helper was not. Jarrad and Matias arrived on time and were very professional. My ducts were already clean, but they did find some mold on/near the HVAC units. Even though that is not why they were coming out, they had the materials they needed to fix the problem. They cleaned the mold and installed UV lights to prevent it from coming back. It only took them about 2 hours to complete. They even changed the filters for me!

Brandon L was my technician and he was extraordinarily polite and knowledgeable. They did an incredible job cleaning out my ductwork and dryer vent. He was extremely thorough and explained everthing thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company for duct or crawlpace work. Myles put in a UV light in our air system by tearing into our air duct. The UV light wasn’t even suspended in air which rendered it useless. He lied to his bosses saying that we weren't even living in the house yet and that he was planning on returning to correct it. They also cleaned our vents which afterwards blows out small black particles. We were expecting the cleaning to be $60 as advertised but it came out to almost $500. The whole experience dealing with the aftermath was exhaustive and time consuming. They were only willing to forgo the cleaning charge if I deleted my review. I chose
