It's best to hire a professional cleaner, because they have better tools and access to all components of your HVAC system. This company scheduled and showed up a bit earlier and got right to work. I think they did a good job as we had 15 vents to open and clean. I would recommend them again and we will use them again as needed. They were very friendly and personable people to deal with.

Would happily use these folks again! They helped me trouble shoot a duct issue in a bathroom and guided me to how to solve the problem since it is one they couldn’t. They then cleaned up the effects of said problem and took care of my dryer vents. Helpful, friendly and above and beyond service.

Highly recommend Appalachian air ducts. They cleaned my air duct system and dryer vent in an old home that wasn’t easy I’m sure. Very professional and relatable, including the owner. He was reasonably priced, on time and went over all the steps of what was done in my home. Will be using again in the future!

I wish I could give Appalachian Air Ducts more stars with this review. I have been looking for someone to clean the air ducks in my parents home for a while. I searched google and they were the highest rated and believe me they have earned that rating. Kevin and Hunter were Very professional and thorough in their work. They were also very respectful of my parents home and our pets. And to top it off they are a family run business which is always nice as I always like to support local. I will definitely be recommending them and keeping their contact number for any service related issues in the future

We highly recommend Appalachian Air Ducts, it can be scary to find a trustworthy company but we were blessed to meet Kevin and Bobby and couldn’t be happier with their professional service! We had our air ducts cleaned today along with our dryer vent, and they did a fantastic job! There is a noticeable difference in the quality of air in our house, it smells and feels clean! It was amazing to see what they got out of our vents....thank you both for doing a great job!

I used Appalachain AirDucts for the first time today to have the dryer vent cleaned out. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, equipped with all needed tools -- even brought their own vacuum cleaner -- and used it to vacuum the dryer area before they slide it back it place. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!
