The worst on fixing things. Before you move in your new place please check everything and take pictures on day one. Have them fix everything within your first 30 days. And they guy at the customer service desk know nothing. His job is to transfer calls don't explain anything to him. If you are looking to invest your property with CFG, the city or county might call you for not getting things done the right way. I am glad that I have a new management now.

I rated a four because it has only been a month since they started. I interviewed three Property Managers for my two buildings. Laura really wanted my business. She followed up and was eager to start work. Based on her actions so far, she under-promised and over-delivered from the initial and follow-up interviews until now.

So far, a FANTASTIC viewing and renting experience with Zlatka. The house is beautiful, and I can imagine, what most of these reviews say (good and bad) are true based on our experience thus far... CFG is very “by the books” and will not allow alterations or visual changes. We were advised to get any changes approved in writing. So glad we knew this ahead of time!
I’ll update this as our experience progresses, especially if anything changes. So far, I think we’ve been given a good idea of what to be expect.

ABOSULTLY HORRIBLE! We have only been living on one of their properties(Avocado St, Costa Mesa CA) for 2 months and have had the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! TRUST ME ,YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE ON A PROPERTY THAT INVOLVES CFG INVESTMENTS. I have lived in about 5 different properties between Florida and California and I wish I would have never signed a lease with these people. From dealing with bums sleeping inside the trash bin, them digging through the trash nightly to having the property management complain about have 2 doormats outside your front door ,to not allowed to have your BICYCLE ON THE PATIO

Wish I could give this zero stars. Just talk with Laura, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to both me and my wife. I work from 6:30AM till 6:00PM every week day with no "hour off" for lunch. She acted like I was asking for her first born child when I asked if we could do a showing at 6:30PM. Looked like a great place to live, but I'd rather pay an addition $500 a month to never have to interact with her again. Poor hire choice CFG.

I have been renting from CFG for 3 years this September, and my experience with the company has been great! Just recently I had a slab leak in my living room and they sent the plumber within a couple of hours and another company to dry out the carpet. I work a lot and the prompt response was great because I didn't have to miss too much work.

My family has had the displeasure of working with Laura and CFG Investments over the past year and half. We finally moved and we're so glad to be done with them. Laura was really hard to work with even in the beginning when we were just trying to view and rent the apartment. She's very rude on the phone and in person. Not kind and warm. Very cold and short in her conversations. And CFG is really old school in their management approach. No online tenant portal to pay rent or make maintenance requests. I recommend using a different property management company if at all possible. Stay away from CFG

Spoke with Julie ( 714) 625-1232 about an apartment going for rent and PROMISED to let me have a viewing on a Saturday. She was very unpleasant on the phone and said she didn't want to waste her time on a Saturday and she was just show up in her racket ball clothes during the viewing. I told her I was a very serious renter but would like to view the apartment first. She said since I was the first to call she would hold off and wait for me on Saturday. I have been here since May 2015 and we set up a window A/C unit in July because there is ZERO insulation in this apartment (upstairs unit). So even when it was a lovely 70-75 outside it was easily 80-85 in the house. The window A/C was set up PROPERLY by an experienced person, with extra reinforcement and looked clean in the window. BUT during this insane heat wave (week of 9/28) we were sent a letter asking us to remove the window A/C. IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEAT WAVE. There is no reason we should of had to take the A/C down, and I can't believe we have to spend another $300 on a portable one
