Full disclosure, I’ve never used them for a ride and never will. Witnessed one of their drivers almost hit an old lady walking her bike through a crosswalk. He stopped when he saw her, then swerved around her instead of letting her cross. Called dispatch to report it. Probably should have called the police.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It really is a joke, I've always disliked the company. They have extremely terrible customer service. Tried to book a taxi for a guest at a hotel, and they would not let me book it. I informed the person I am booking a taxi for a guest at this time. Would not do it without MY name. I am not riding in the taxi, I am booking this FOR the guest. Which I've explained multiple times. I had to call three times. Three times. Twice the guy said asked for MY name and then proceed to say okay bye (again, refusing to give him my name). He hung up on me twice, the third I

I have been using Gold Star Taxi since 2009 both professionally and personally. I have never had a negative experience. Have there been issues from time to time? Of course! That's life! Overall, I feel Safe, Respected and Accommodated. I recommend them every chance I get!!!

At 6 a.m. on Christmas morning this was the only place that was open. They saved me. And I got the driver of car # 36 who was fantastic. Fair, good driver, honest and friendly and not too talky.
They also quoted me a time when he would get there that was absolutely right. It wasn't 15 more minutes, it was within what they told me. (I was freezing outside so it made a big difference.)

This is the shadiest, rudest, most unprofessional company I have ever encountered in all of my traveling. Beyond the lateness, rudeness and lying, my driver didn’t even have the capabilities to accept a credit card! My hotel called them for me, and after reading the reviews after the fact, why would a hotel near the airport ever use this company? I wonder if he’s related to them?

Ths cab driver was on and off his phone the whole way to airport. Looking at it on the seat next to him. It is a wonder we weren't in a accident. Horrible driver... when i got to my condo just open up tailgate never got out of the cab to open a door or help with luggage...

This is the one time I wish Google offered negative stars, this garbage company deserves nothing more than negative stars. The lack of service, time management, and professionalism is appalling. I have physically witnessed a driver trying to lock a hotel guest inside the car and drive away because she didn't have cash and he only wanted her to pay in cash as opposed to a credit card. She then had to call the police! What a joke of a company. These cab companies take no accountability for any of their poor actions and that’s why they’re dying out to Uber and Lyft.

What an incredibly negative experience. Dispatcher was horribly rude and driver was 30 minutes late. He also had no idea where he was going and I had to input the gps address myself. I was very late to work and they then tried to charge me nearly $50 which didn’t add up. By the time the driver showed up late, got me to work late, then tried to overcharge me, I was in tears.

Our driver was very nice and he arrived on time, but the cab was in terrible shape. The driver had to get out and fill his power steering fluid before we could even leave the parking lot. I had serious concerns about it making the 2 miles to the airport and leaving us stranded to miss our flight, but fortunately, we made it.

The driver showed up over 20 minutes after I had requested the car. He then departed and proceeded to immediately talk constantly on his cell phone for the entire duration of the ride which I considered to be downright dangerous. Additionally, he drove aggressively with his headlights on highbeam the entire time. Also the dashboard displayed the check engine light and also the light for notification for overdue oil change. I considered it totally dangerous and an unsatisfactory experience in every way. I plan to call the cab company to lodge an official complaint.

I work at extended stay america, this cab took 20 minutes to get here when he promised 2 minutes TWICE, and it never came and then when i called about it was completely rude and told me i was lying. I called at 454am and they did not show up until 515am. I am going to talk to my boss about using a different cab company. This man who claims he is the manager just disrespected me, yelled at me on the phone, and hung up on me. And is now-ignoring my calls. This is ridiculous. This business is a joke.
