Good service. Booked an airport transfer from Stoke-on-Trent to Heathrow and the driver was very friendly. The male phone operators could do better. When I initially wanted to book a taxi the male operator kept me silent on the phone for over a minute after initially saying hello. I responded and said the reason for my calling and he totally kept silent while I kept saying hello and I could here sounds in the background. I called back and he refused to pick up. I called a few days later and a lady answered and she was friendly and helpful and I was able to secure my booking.

Always had good experiences with Roseville! Never had any huge problems with them being late or early, knowledgeable drivers, good rates, and they don't do surge pricing! They do introduce a flat rate when they're especially busy, but this isn't extortionate like some other companies. Would recommend!

I don't usually use local taxis, I only tend to use Uber. But I was on a budget this time (as Uber tends to be a bit more expensive, and I don't tend to carry cash on me anymore), so I decided to give Roseville a go. And I must admit, they were great. Taxi was on time, the driver was nice, and the car was clean. The price was also very reasonable. I probably will use these again if/when the time comes.
On another note, one thing I'd like to praise is that I got a text from them saying that the car had arrived, and on it was the reg number of the car so we could double check. Quite a nice service

Excellent prompt service as per usual! Unfortunately on my journey home last night my mobile phone slipped out of my jacket pocket & onto the rear seat of the taxi unnoticed by myself until I went to reach for my phone once home, panic set in! But after a quick phone call to the base operator my phone was quickly traced & now happily back in my possession.

Tried 3 other taxi services and couldn't get a taxi until I called Roseville and I got a taxi right away. Which was a relief because my friends, 1 who is 7 months pregnant, and I had been standing there for an hour in the hot sun. Also, the driver was very friendly and helpful. I've downloaded the app. This will be my primary transportation from now. Highly recommended

Excellent service and trust worthy. Picked up from the city centre last night and once home after about ten minutes My partner realised he had left his phone in the back of the taxi. I called Roseville and they contacted the driver who checked and found the phone and then brought it back. I honestly couldn’t thank the drive enough and the operator was extremely helpful also.
