I like Dr. Joshua Hancock’s dental practice! The hygienists always do an excellent job. Everyone is friendly, and they treat me with respect. Today I went to Hancock Dental Center for a cleaning and an exam. I had a great experience! The dental hygienist, Beth, did a superb job of cleaning my teeth -- she was extremely pleasant and thorough, and I was completely comfortable and relaxed during it. She even took a final look at her work after the cleaning to ensure that she hadn't missed anything. Dr. Hancock then came in and greeted me and he performed the exam and pronounced that everything looks good in my mouth. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Hancock and his friendly and conscientious staff.

New patient process was quick and comprehensive. I need an extensive cleaning and an extraction which will be handled by a surgeon the office is partnered with which is literally 100 feet away. I will update in the coming weeks after the work is done.

It has been more than several weeks, and I have in fact moved. I just resolved a billing issue where my former employer's custom policy caused a refusal of payment of benefit due to there being insufficient elapsed time between services. The hygenist I spoke with called the company for clarification and refuted the policy on my behalf
