Dr. Patricia Hartman was raised in Martinsburg, WV. She attended Shepherd University earning her bachelor's degree with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. During her time at Shepherd, she was named a McMurran Scholar which is the highest academic honor a student can receive. Our philosophy is to provide treatment to the whole person - with a special focus on how your teeth and gums relate to your total body health.

From routine cleanings and fillings to bruxism devices, Dr. Hartman is equipped to handle all your dental needs. Your first visit to our office will consist of a full mouth set of x-rays, dental exam and medical history review. The doctor can then determine the right treatment to restore your smile.

Please call our office during business hours to schedule an appointment. Our office works with all insurances and is in-network with MetLife, Guardian, Delta Dental, Molena, WV CHIPS, and WV Children's Medical Card- Unicare, Coventry, WV Family Health, & Health Plan of WV. Due to the number of patients' concerned about finances our insurance coordinator can send in a pre-authorization to your insurance company for more lengthy treatment plans.
Your first visit to our office will consist of a full mouth set of x-rays, dental exam and medical history review. The doctor can then determine the right treatment to restore your smile. Please bring your drivers license, insurance card, and list of prescription medications. If you had bitewing x-rays in the last 12 months, a full mouth series of x-rays, or panoramic x-ray in the last three years please bring a copy with you to your appointment.

Dr. Hartman and her entire staff are beyond wonderful. They are a real team, they all work together, to address you as a person, not just "a patient." Having had both good and really horrible dentists in the past, I must say that Dr. Hartman, her hygienist and dental assistants are the best staff I have ever patronized. Period. (And they even get the insurance stuff right, without any hassles!)

Dr. Hartman is a top notch dentist and I would recommend her to anyone. She makes is her mission to provide excellent care. She does not make you feel bad, or embarrassed. She also is willing to work with you as far as payment plans. Her office is warm and welcoming. And her staff go above and beyond to make your visit a wonderful experience.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, I certainly don't. But the staff here are amazing and are upfront with you. Concerns are addressed very professionally. The receptionist is personable and extremely welcoming as you walk in. I highly recommend this office. Cant wait to start my son with this place.

Doctor Hartman and her staff are the most professional and easy going practice to work with. Our entire extended family of all ages has slowly switched over to her practice.
She is constantly training and learning new skills to best serve her clients. She even made herself available to us after hours for what we thought was a dental emergency. She quickly took care of the issue and we were out the door in 20 minutes. Very grateful.
