We hired Momo when our house remained unsold for the last six months. We already moved from Hampton Roads to the West Coast, so we interviewed her over the phone. My first impression was that we are dealing with a genuinely honest person. Momo is a thoughtful and patient listener, who communicates very openly about all aspects of the process and her strategy. She quickly gained our confidence that the house will be ultimately sold, in spite of the Covid-19 situation that just started developing. This is an exceptional team! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and truly cared about our needs. No matter what time of day or night it was, if I had a question they would respond.
