I worked with realtor Patricia Ford to buy a house in 2016. We were on the West Coast during this process. Pat is very communicative and trustworthy. She also stayed involved in all deadlines and timelines of the closing process even if it wasn't something she needed to submit. Without her, we would not have closed on time.

Beware if you rent any property from them they refuse to return security deposits. Create false repair invoices and when you call number on invoices they are not really a business. They also refuse to return calls or emails in timely manor . Not one repair was mentioned during walk through and house was left in better conditioned then when we moved in yet they kept most of the deposit. During walk through he even mentioned what perfect condition the house was left in and posted the picture he took during walk through to ad to list the property for rent yet claimed the house had several damages
