Be careful about revealing your card details. They deducted from my card wrongly multiple times without my consent. I was shocked at how often they kept deducting. They even charged me for sending a message to my advisor, before and after my session. They call it offline session. So please be careful about sending any messages to your psychic advisor. It will be charged. There are many hidden charges. I was shocked at the amount my final bill came up to. Their quotations and payment payable are a scam. Upon starting my session and without him or her attempting to answer my first question, the advisor (psychic reader and healer) asked if he or she could put me on hold for 5 minutes because he or she needed to check on his coffee (Mind you this was a 24.99 per minute session). Love Psychic Sammy really gave me wrong predictions and charged a lot to my account. I had a reading with him on March 7 and he assured me that I will be given a refund if he’s not right but totally gave me the wrong advise and predictions. Please give me back my money as I tried to do a request refund but I forgot my reading ID number. Thought he’s only for $2.99 and only for 3 mins reading, charged me $134 plus $19. Please be fare to your customers. We worked hard for our money too.

SCAM! 24% 1 star reviews on Trustpilot (please be sure to read them) and I'm sure Kasamba advisor's make up a good portion of the 64% good reviews. I was billed more than $200 for what I'd say was 5 minutes of worthy service. The advisor used what she thought was a clever tactic, deleting and rewriting all of her responses and asking several times to give her a minute. I get needing some time when providing this service but this was RIDICULOUS. Also, I was told by Kasamba the discount rates were on the advisor's page, but nowhere on the page does it reflect that. Be careful. These people are crooks. They give you option ahead of joining a session to charge your card, or fill a balance ahead of time (which i did ) and not go over that amount (which I selected). Yet the session was not stopped after my balance was used and they let it go to $150 over that amount and after I complained back and forth,they tried to give me $30 off the amount. Whattt?!!! Why give that option? That’s not my fault yet they still charged my card because there is no option to delete the card off the account? Poor quality readings and false/misleading advertisement.
They show a 50% off price online and then charge you the full price. Say they will give you 3min off everytime you talk to a new counselor then then say that it's only valid for chatting.
You ask to speak to a supervisor and they don't transfer you.
I paid $242 dollars for por nothing.

Please stay away from this place. They will take your money and tell you lies. They are able to read each others scripts. I used about 3 dozen psychics there, sad to say. Most could tell me things the first time since I divulged information to another psychic the first time and the others could read what I wrote. The second and third readings they were clueless, making things up which never came true. the only good person who was honest and accurate and caring was Katharine. The others told me bold and wild stories about what would happen.
