At Ridgewood Dental, we understand that you, or your child, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist; so we've created a family relaxed environment to help you more at ease. It is important to follow instructions after you have oral surgery to ensure proper healing and to avoid complications. As a rule of thumb, you should always wait two hours after surgery before eating to let the anesthesia wear off. Trying to eat before this could result in soft tissue damage because you are not able to feel all of your mouth.

I had my first visit here yesterday and I am so impressed! Everyone was extremely nice, professional, and informative. Khadija (sorry if I misspelled her name), the receptionist (unfortunately did not catch her name), Amber (who actually only passed through my room but made sure to introduce herself and explain what she was doing), Christy, and Dr. Snell were some of the staff I was in contact with and they made me feel like I mattered in their clinic. I am so glad to have found this office and plan to be a long term patient!

After my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Snell personally called me herself later that evening to apologize for the type of service I'd received and rescheduled my appointment. She said that she'd use that experience as a training opportunity for her staff. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the experience was quite different...in a positive. The wait time was only 15 minutes and she even gave me a Domino's Pizza gift card. I really appreciated that she and her staff remembered my experience the first time and made the effort to correct it. I will certainly

Dr. Snell is the best dentist ever. Her staff is awesome. They are always friendly and very professional. I highly recommend ridgewood smiles dentistry to everyone. I dont like needles but she talks you through the process you don't even realize its going in . I got two teeth pulled the same day the next day i felt no pain. I absolutely love getting my dental work done here.

I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The office was very professional and well put together. Dr. Snell even had a complete outline of upcoming services and treatments that I needed right after the first visit. It didn't make me feel like just a patient or dollar amount .
