CrossFit training not only keeps you burning more calories long after your workout, you will also develop more strength, coordination, flexibility and power.

Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. If you are ready to start training with us, but not ready to join our regular CrossFit group classes, our Rocky River Fitness Classes are for you. Beginner, CrossFit LITE, and Kickboxing classes are offered on a drop-in/per class basis with no need for a Monthly Workout Package.

With this guide, we will help you to prevent the 5 most common mistakes we see when people are trying to lose weight. Stop wasting time on fad diets! Your CrossFit Cleveland Health Coach will help you sort through all the mixed information out there!. We want to learn more about you and your goals to see who would be the best personal coach to pair you with.
Our KickStart Private Program - Five (5) one-on-one personal training sessions to prepare you for our CrossFit group workouts. We teach you proper form and technique for many of the exercises used in our workouts at a slow, detailed pace. Each session is scheduled around your busy life. The KickStart Private Sessions are recommended for people starting our CrossFit classes.
QuickStart Program: Our QuickStart is for experienced CrossFitters looking for a quick "refresher course" before they start in with regular classes. The QuickStart is a one-session Foundation's class, scheduled with a coach at your convenience. We will review and assess your form and technique and cover specific movements to get you ready for your first class.
Our Rocky River Fitness classes are for people of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to improve their health and fitness. All classes listed below are available on a drop-in basis for $15 per visit. Punch Cards and Monthly Packages are available. Please show a paper or screen copy of the certificate when you arrive at the gym.
Our Executive Health & Fitness Program combines coach-guided exercise routines with our 6-Week Nutrition Challenge, teaching you healthier eating habits to get you in the best shape of your life, all in a friendly, supportive, environment. You can join our scheduled groups or start when you want, in your own private sessions that are scheduled around your busy lifestyle.

CrossFit Cleveland has a welcoming and supportive community that can help anyone achieve their goals. The owners Bill & Staci helped every step of the way and do a great job of tailoring the workouts for each person.
In addition to the great fitness coaching, the nutrition coaching that is offered is easy to follow and helps you make small steps that turn into big lifestyle changes (more energy, more weight loss, better sleep, etc)
CFC makes good nutrition and fitness accessible to everyone - if you're ready to make a change, this is the place to do it.

I have been going to CrossFit Cleveland since June of 2021 I walked in at 241 pounds heaviest I’ve ever been, So I entered the gym world in fear of how everyone would see me, or judge me. The first few minutes of meeting Staci and Bill that fear quickly went away they opened the door with welcoming arms!! They have pushed me along with the coaches and all the members on a daily!! . Some people think the gym isn’t for them just because they have that fear of judgment? well I assure you CrossFit Cleveland and everyone that attends CrossFit Cleveland are there with a helping hand and nothing but

By working with Staci, here are some of the positive things I've learned and corrected regarding my Nutrition:
1. I have given up “diet” drinks and have really increased my water intake.
2. I have introduced balanced breakfasts into my daily routine
3. I have increased my daily intake of vegetables - especially at breakfast and lunch
4. I am more aware of snack choices and have tried a few recipes from the CrossFit website - I particularly like Sam’s Energy balls.
5. I am a better shopper paying more attention to vegetables, smarter snacks, and fruit.

Worked out here for 4 weeks while visiting Cleveland. The trainers and members were all super friendly and engaging. The workouts were exactly what we needed and could be modified to be easier or more challenging. They have a wide range of class offerings each day and reserving a spot for class is super easy. Id definitely come back!

I LOVE CrossFit Cleveland! Bill, Staci, Courtney and the rest of the trainers are top notch. They meet you where you're at, help you learn proper form, encourage consistency and other factors to optimize your workout and life outside the gym (diet, sleep, community). And - they push you to stretch and grow outside of your comfort zone - in a good, good way! :) CrossFit isn't just for elite athletes - it's for virtually everyone. This 'box' has members of all levels and fitness/ability. Very friendly, not competitive, and very fun group. I can't recommend it enough!

I was definitely intimated to try CrossFit and had tried numerous other gyms and personal trainers in the past, but nothing really stuck. CrossFit Cleveland offered a “CrossFit Lite” series that made me feel more comfortable about dipping my toe into this gym. After a few weeks of the Lite classes where I learned the basic workout moves & got my… stamina up with other newbies, we joined the regular CrossFit workouts and I’m hooked! Every class is a challenge, as it should be so your workouts and results don’t get stale, but I never feel that I am in a situation

I remember when we moved to this location years ago. I originally started with Bill & Staci In 2012 when we were on Madison in Lakewood. Bill & Staci have done a great job of creating community. What makes this gym different is everyone is friendly and helpful. You will never find a gym with more great members who help and encourage each other. Whatever your fitness goals are Bill & Staci can help you get there. They are experts in exercise and nutrition and they are constantly adding to their knowledge.

Was in town to visit family and dropped in here a couple of times. The athletes were great, the coaches were great, and it's like less than a mile from my mom's house. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back around the holidays.

You can expect a great, safe workout with a mix of movements to work all parts of your body. Bill and Staci are great tailoring the movement if you have some limitations. Nutritional help is part of the program. Whether you are new to CrossFit or a regular you will be welcomed in and get what you are looking for, a tough but fun workout!

Staci & Bill are great instructors and they care. I have been coming for years. I’ve had to take a couple of breaks because of surgeries. This box has a warm feel to it. Probably the friendliest group of people I’ve ever seen. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You will always hear words of encouragement when you need them the most. If you have tried everything and nothing seems to work for you try this Crossfit Box. Your body and mind will Thank You!

I am a newer member to CrossFit Cleveland (less than 3 months) but it sure doesn't feel that way. The group is welcoming and the owners involve every member, new and old, in all of the gym events and happenings. They are very dedicated to making sure their members have the tools to be successful. The programming is well thought out and consistent in terms of how the workload progresses for the week. Very positive and encouraging environment.
