What will gymnastics do for my child? The gymnastics curriculum will assist your child's development in strength, agility, flexibility, muscular endurance, posture, balance, and overall body coordination. Gymnastics is a key compliment towards other sports your child may choose to do throughout their lives.
Indigo Gymnastics Center offers recreational instruction for both boys and girls gymnastics, beginner to advanced levels as early as 18 months. Preschoolers are introduced to basic body positions and beginner skills. They work primarily on their coordination, gross motor skills, vocabulary and following simple direction.
Indigo Gymnastics Center team programs are highly demanding and are available only through evaluation. The USA Gymnastics, Junior Olympic program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace.
Parent/caregiver and their young toddlers are introduced to the magic of movement in gymnastics through the use of games, obstacle courses, parachute play, and pint-sized apparatus. Lots of adult participation makes this class fun and safe for the little ones. Classmates focus on body coordination, gross motor skills, cooperation, and taking turns in a structured environment.

My son is 3 1/2 and loves it… we have Coach Rhonda. I saw the negative reviews when we first signed up and we haven’t had any bad experiences. They have been very flexible and accommodating with some special circumstances. Coach Rhonda is great… she was not in class once and my son got very upset and kept looking for her! We plan on continuing to go…. Every week he talks about “going to the gym”.

Exorbitant amounts of bullying from the owners. And not just of the gymnasts, of the parents too. They are abrasive, rude, callous, unsympathetic people. I went to the gym for 7 years and my quality of life raised instantly when I quit. As the years go by the programs are getting worse and worse with the quality of the coaches dropping as well. And they raise the prices significantly every time one of their kids goes to college. Go somewhere else.

My son used to go there. After so many yrs I see very little progress. Recently with flu season my son missed few classes and they only allow make up for 2. We pay for all of the classes and I see other businesses in the area are that are much more accommodating. I will be looking for different activity for him. Recent coach was great, but he had so many coaches last few yrs I couldn’t keep track of the names. I wish the person in one of the reviews put name of place where she/he took their child so I can try alternative.

I see that recently this gym has had bad reviews and I was shocked after being so happy with the toddler program. Coach Rhonda puts so much effort into the classes and my son really responds to her. She manages to keep the kids engaged and learning.
I also find the front staff friendly, helpful, and organized.
I really didn’t know what to expect out of a toddler gymnastics program and I am extremely satisfied.

I can no longer recommend Indigo Gymnastics with a clear conscience. Although the facility is very nice, the owners are focused primarily on the bottom line and not on the well being of the athletes. They had great coaches and a thriving trampoline and tumbling program, but the owners disbanded it. The owners failed to create a nurturing environment for the athletes to reach their greatest potential. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I coach high school cheerleading and we do not have an on-campus facility to utilize. I contacted Mandie from Indigo asking if we could rent space at the gym and she was more than helpful. She responded quickly and answered any questions myself or my team had. She always did everything she could to accommodate us, and the rest of the staff was very mindful and respectful of our schedule as well. The gym is always clean and very well organized. We will, without a doubt be back for practices next competition season!!

My children have attended this gymnastics studio for the last several years. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Kids can take classes and do gymnastics for fun or join the various teams for a more competitive experience. We have also had several kids’ birthday parties here- they make it very easy! The kids always have a great time!

I recently attended an open gym session and had a great experience! The staff is very helpful and I had a lot of fun. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They have a bunch of different stations/activities to participate in so there's always something new to try. It's a great place for all ages!

We recently organized our daughter's birthday party at Indigo gymnastics. The facility is well maintained and there are activities like zip lining, a foam pit etc included in the party. Instructors were courteous and helped out with arranging the party supplies and food we had brought in.
However I must say that the overall party was conducted in very lack luster manner. Instructors did not make much of an effort to make the birthday girl feel special. They also did not have the ability to draw the attention of all kids and could not engage them in a lively manner. Kids did enjoy all the activities
