Sunburst Gymnastics

My kids are enjoying their class with Coach Tim and are happy making new friends in a fun and supportive environment. They look forward to their class each week, which makes me happy with this location. There is no front office personnel and indeed many things are handled online but I have been mostly satisfied with that too, but I keep my expectations super low on that backend stuff.

My 6 yr old has been attending for 3 months as two other gymnastics centers went out of business near us. We drive here from Jersey City. Small class size, temperature taking, masks, sanitizing - fully confident in her good health. She likes the instructions, the teacher. They focus on specific areas/equipment each session. Her previous gym was tiny and they repeated everything each time so learning was quicker due to repetition. Looks well equipped to me, costumer service been speedy, I have no complaints, so greatly personally they are still in business and we can come here!

I rlly like sunburst , I actually used to go here when I was 9 but I stopped going but I’m looking forward to going back!

I can truly say it is a treasured part of my kids childhood. The gym is big and very clean. There's a good coach to student ratio and their training is really effective.
The stuff and coaches very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, experienced professionals who always on top of every child and help them become the best athlete they can be.
It is a wonderful place where kids can not only learn from the best gymnastic coaches in the area but also be loved, nurtured, mentored and encouraged.
I highly recommend Sunburst Gymnastics !

Honestly, I thought it was just me until I read previous reviews. I only called to inquire and was treated rude over the phone. The women on the phone sounds exhausted. She doesn't allow you to complete your question before storming out an aggressive answer. I'm huge on customer service especially when my girls are involved. I will be looking elsewhere. They should remove the 1 star option so we can rate companies as they truly deserve!

They have some great instructors, but epically bad customer service.

In a year-plus if patronizing this business, we had two major issues. First, nobody told us when our 3-year old's coach quit mid-session. All they said was that the coach was sick and would be back the following week. Every week our son was disappointed that his coach was still out. A heads up would have been nice..

Second, they were difficult to with when we later tried to register both of our kids additional classes. We called and asked to register and offered to give a credit card number over the phone - we figured

The gym is just ok. My daughter went here for over 2 years but her skill development was very slow. They sign up new kids and so the teacher spends more time teaching the same skills. Had to find another school. Cost keeps going up every year. Not worth it.

My son absolutely loves his gymnastics class & his coach at Sunburst. Great facility and everyone is very professional and nurturing.

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My daughter was nervous because she's older but wanted to learn gymnastics. Staff helped build her confidence to try new things! Couldn't have asked for a better place. First class is free!!!

Awesome facility with a fantastic, friendly, and fun loving staff! Had a blast while I was there, would 100% recommend to a friend of any age 👍🏻👍🏻

I have my 5 year old in the beginner program. She gets zero instruction or help. They just shuttle kids around the room and hope they pick things up. The instructor clearly knows nothing about teaching kids. It's painful to watch.

I'm rating this a one star not because of the skills taught in class but the customer service / care received towards me, my daughter & niece. My child & niece were being instructed by a teacher name, Juliana. She was a wolf in sheep clothing. The first incident happened before Memorial Day. My niece informed the teacher told my daughter "she can go back to where she came from". I asked my daughter, 1 Did this happened? & Why didn't you tell me? Her response was I didn't want you to take me out the school. Immediately after hearing that I was concerned so I made it my business to meet with the

I love it even when i dont go there but i already know that the teachers are respectful and they teach like there is no tomorrow i dont care i love it

I'm a student here and they teachers are wonderful. The manager is so nice. We go step by step and I'm learning very well for 3 years now.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Instructor was so mean to my daughter with no patience. They should stick to older kids if they don't have patience for toddlers.

Well my sister went here for summer camp and described this place with one word....awesome! It had a place where you could purchase a leotard and vending machine with items as low as 60¢.

All 3 of my daughters have come here over the past 10 years. Can't say enough how great the experience was and is for them. Very professional staff caters to all children's levels from recreation to high level competitive gymnastics. They do toddler classes and private lessons as well. Do your kids a favor and expose them to Sunburst Gymnastics. You won't regret it!
