Last year I ordered an Avalon pontoon for delivery this boating season. Everything about this purchase was and continues to be outstanding! When I bought my new tracker classic back in November everything went fast and very smooth. The problem is I have contacted them about not getting the keys to the storage compartment and contacted them about the recall on my seats. Both times they have said they would contact me and yet they have never called not once. I’m not sure if dealing with them on other problems will be just as bad. It’s poor customer service telling someone you will call but never calling. Not sure if I screwed up buying from them!!!!!

IF YOU DID NOT BUY FROM THEM (at prices above retail, oil, spark plugs, accessories etc) THEY WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR PRODUCT.
I called about a motor that was acting up, they told me they could look at it. When I arrived, with it, they told me the only service what they sell.
I complained but they offered no apology or explanation. “Thanks, man”, was all the owner said.
I will never return, and cancelled affiliated services of the family. ((Extermination services))

Horrible customer service and are not willing to put any effort to help you out. Asked for a simple favor to look up a proof of purchase of a rod for warranty purposes but they say it can't be done. I absolutely don't believe them and god forbid they have to work 5 minutes to find it. Renegade Marine will not receive any more business from me or will I recommend anyone to buy from them!

Picked our boat up today. Beyond disappointed with service and quality of work. Not only are we now in the middle of the lake broken down with 5 children!! Because the same exact same problem we dropped it off for. Renegade has have had the boat for 9 weeks left cover off now our seats are discolored that we replaced last year what a joke!!!!!

Asked them to order a spanner wrench for my outdrive. It is a mercury part and has a mercury part number. The parts guy tells me he can't order tools to allow people to work on their own boat. I was trying to shop local and buy more expensive parts to support them. I got one on the way from Amazon for 1/4 of the price.

Came into the store for the first time a week before their customer appreciation event hoping to find some Humminbirds on sale to come back and get. Not very knowledgeable about these in general and the guy I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and to lead me in the right direction. The orginal units I was interested in were not going to be on sale. So I came back anyways and was told these other units that would get me where I wanted to be, and was satisfied I had saved some money and got what I needed. Only later that afternoon to find out I had bought a 1st Generation units which isnt really comparable
