If you are traveling on I-24 EAST from Clarksville take exit 40 (Old Hickory Blvd.) and head east 8 miles, just over the Cumberland River Bridge, we will be on the left after the big curve. If you are traveling on I-24 WEST from Chattanooga merge onto I-40 East and take exit 221A (Old Hickory Blvd.) and head north 8 miles we will be on your right, if you go over the Cumberland River Bridge you went too far.

This is the best Customer service I've had from anywhere- and I'm not just talking about a boat dealer!
I took my boat to get winterized there last year and they noticed that my Radio on the back of the boat the screen was cracked, my wife hit it with her knee on accident - but it was never really used so I wasn't going to mention it to get it fixed. But they noticed it and replaced it and dealt with Yamaha warranty all for free without me ever saying a word!
This year they are doing the same thing with my ballast bags.

The salesman did not tell my dad information that he should have known they sold parts to my elderly dad that did not work on the boat they sold him I would never buy nothing from these guys again because they ripped my dad off for over $5,000 on a boat they misrepresented everything they said and then would not warranty anything that I asked them will not ever buy nothing from them again sold my dad a trolling motor that would not fit on the boat cost me extra money to hook up a trolling motor that they sold my dad that was not built for the boat they sold him total scam I feel like and they took

I boat a pontoon boat from the lil man. You know not Bass Pro. I supported them they good people but service I wasn't impressed with. Treated like a number. Some of us don't know much about registering a new boat online but I think I got it done. They told me to come pick it up Sunday..I drove...they are closed..why tell a customer to come get it on a day it's closed?....

Everyone at Anderson Marine is so friendly and very helpful! We worked with Dennis and Mr. Anderson on a 231 NauticStar and got a great deal. They are not pushy, but they are there to help you have not only a great buying experience, but to welcome you into the family! We will be getting all our boating equipment from there if we can. They have great deals and I just can't say enough good things about them! We're so glad to have bought our boat from a great family owned business such as Anderson Marine! Was pretty happy that I got my boat fixed and running perfect, and the price was pretty good. I kinda didn’t like that they never called me to tell me what they found or gonna do to my boat but just did the work, Also did something that I had already done but oh well. When you go to pick it up they won’t help you hook up or find your boat you just have to drive to find it on the lot. The lady at the front desk in the sales department is really nice. I would consider buying a boat from them in the future.

We met them at a boat show about 5 months ago in Nashville and we shopped around and we went to see what they had to offer . They were by far the best , in price, warranty , and service . All the staff there are so nice they make you feel like your at home . We special ordered our pontoon and with the covid the plant shut down . They stayed in touch with us and informed us when they were making it and how long it would take . They were very professional and courteous. So happy we now have our beautiful pontoon .

Just bought my 2nd Yamaha jet boat from Anderson Marine. Each experience has been great. There is a big difference from family owned & corporate owned business; Anderson Marine I feel always they make sure you are completely happy before you sign the dotted line. We bought our first boat from the Anderson's so while I don't know much about buying boats, I know outstanding customer service when I see it. Dylan, Braxton, and Joy went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and answer questions. The test ride, purchase, and pick-up were at our convenience. When I texted a question before the Preds game, Dylan answered after the game--perfect. Preds lost; not perfect. Stephanie made the paperwork easy and my dogs weren't too upset when I came home. I look forward to fun times on the lake!

I do not like being sold on anything and was skeptical to walk in to a dealership to be honest but he is so honest and patient and helpful! Great experience, great selection and great salesman 😊

Not impressed at all with the service. We purchased a home that came with a pontoon boat. The boat had been serviced at Anderson and we paid for them to tune everything up before they put it in. After debating the price we finally paid the amount we originally agreed on. This was supposed to include everything. We met them at the boat ramp to find they were waiting on a jumper pack (even though they were supposed to charge the battery). We then put the boat in the water and it died about 30 seconds later.
