Single parts, prototypes, fixtures, short runs are our specialty. We can handle hundreds of parts if they can be machined on pallets or fixture plates, even multiple vises. Unfortunately we are still a small startup company and may not be the best fit for every job. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
Quality goes far past "meeting the print". Every job that comes in gets drawn and programmed in CAD and CAM software. It's faster, more accurate, creates better looking tool paths and leaves a trail for us to follow if a problem should arise. We demand to have a perfect debur, great finish free of chip imprints, excellent packaging and a 100% inspection on every part.

I think this guy is going places. I'm a Manufacturing Engineer for a large firm in Cincinnati and I called Ben in a panic late one night after realizing I missed ordering a part for machine build that had to ship in 3 days. Ben took my call and fabricated the bracket for me out material he already had and brought it down for me the next morning. It was a rush job for him and he pulled it off. We use different companies for our fixtures but we certainly will be in contact with him again.

I run a small company in the outdoors equipment industry . I recently talked with Twin Creek about potentially manufacturing some of the small parts we outsource to some overseas vendors. They seemed very knowledgeable and their pricing was better than the folks we use now! I like the idea of using a local vendor to make our parts and having that local support. We are looking forward to working with Twin Creek for this need.
