With our full, four-axis mill shop, we offer tight tolerances on all product dimensions, and can work with most metals and plastics, including cold and hot rolled steel. Our CNC milling equipment possesses 4th axis capabilities and a 50X98X22 inch work envelope that meets the needs of most industries within the region, including steel mills as well as second and third tier automotive businesses that need vital parts.
Specializing in one-off prototypes and small-run production volumes of 1000 units or less, our machine shop can manufacture a wide variety of components - offering precision tolerances as low as (+/-) 0.001 on all part dimensions. Our CNC turning machinery is equipped with both live tooling and live spindle capabilities, and offers a four-inch through spindle capacity up to 48 inches between centers.
