Services
The Town of Tewksbury is enforcing the state statute that restricts gas fueled grills or solids burning grills on decks and patios. Bottled gas may not be stored indoors at any time. Electric grills are permitted on decks and patios. Grills of any type may not be left on the common grounds, including the driveway, walks, grass or courtyards.
Here you'll find information about the administration of the Indian Ridge community, including important phone numbers, email addresses, and office hours. You'll also find information regarding access to the tennis courts, workout room, and clubhouse. It's also where you will find the community's rules and regulations.
Contact a locksmith of your choice to have the lock changed. Post Office Locksmith of Lowell (978-453-6616) has performed this service for many residents. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance and replacement of their home's windows (glass, screens, and frames) and doors (including garage doors).
Although Indian Ridge has a reputation as a pet-friendly community, that friendliness wanes when owners and their pets fail to follow the rules when walking outdoors. Residents are reporting problems with dog owners not picking up their dog's feces, and instead leaving it along the walkways, roadways, and on landscaped areas -- a behavior that creates unhealthy and unpleasant conditions around our community.
Ensuring an orderly process is important to you and the community. Trash pickups occur every Wednesday and recycling bins are picked up on alternate Wednesdays. When a designated holiday falls on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, pickups usually occur on the Thursday of that week. We are in the Red district.

I live across the street from the entrance of this condo development. They are the worst neighbors. Last year while they were repaving their complex the paving trucks drove over my lawn to back their trucks into the development ruining my lawn. Now with the snow last week 2/2021 and more coming, their snow plow drivers pushed the snow across Shawsheen Street onto my lawn. THEY PLOWED IN THE FIRE HYDRANT. I called the management company office and no response. Moving forward, I will now start getting the Town authorities involved.

Indian Ridge in Tewksbury is undoubtedly a beautiful and gorgeous place to live. I have been living here for a while now and I can safely say that I regret it. When I toured my one unit before buying it a resident (hired by the association) said only positive things about the place. After buying the place and living here I can safely say that this community is not friendly. Everyone is out to get each other and everyone is more willing to report you over small and minor things than actually talk to you and communicate their concerns. It's indicative of living in 1950s Soviet Union where neighbors

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
People are watching whatever you are doing and get paid to report you. I'm not a paranoid person, and it's kind of scary to be constantly looking over your shoulder about being reported on of little things.. It's not a pet friendly community do not be fooled. I would not recommend living here. Please find a friendlier community.

The property manager and the board are horrible people. They harass 90 year old widows with ridiculous legal claims. They also neglect the property. The benches are rotten and dangerous because they haven't been replaced in over 25 years. Don't move here unless you have thousands of dollar to throw away whenever they invent a reason to demand it.
