Eric made the selling and purchasing process as seamless as possible. When listing my townhouse his marketing strategy was top notch and his suggestion to include virtual staging was one of the best ideas. He was able to sell my townhouse for full price and we received multiple offers. It was the ideal situation. When purchasing my new house Eric understood exactly what I needed and only showed me properties that were perfect for me. He was able to handle the inspection and made the process very easy. I couldn’t have expected more.
