We hire the most qualified drivers who complete an extensive training program and pass a CBI and FBI background investigation. All drivers are EMPLOYEES of the company, not INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, creating better quality control for the customer and better benefits for the drivers. Passengers trust us to make sure they get where they need to go - safely and quickly.

Due to limited staffing and unforeseen challenges, please call the main office at 970-259-4818 to check for availability between midnight and 5 AM. On-demand passenger transportation serving a 100 mile radius of Durango, Colorado including locations such as the Mesa Verde National Park, the Purgatory Ski Resort and the towns of Silverton, Pagosa Springs, and Telluride.

As long as the individual is capable of getting in and out of the chair and into the taxi and the wheelchair is collapsible. We cannot take motorized wheelchairs at this time as we do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles. It is a cost free service for eligible Colorado Health First (Medicaid) Members who have no other means of transportation to get to and or from medical appointments.

I called for a last min cad often an when I do they arrive 10-15 after called this morning I'm having to wait close to now 40 for a cab I asked for right now 😅 please don't tell me yes an have me wait this long because now my money is being took advantage of when I could have tooken the bus

I called at 11am for a pick up at 730 pm. They took all my info and said they would be there. No show. Called the phone no answer. Left out in the dark. Need I say more? How basic is it to arrive when you say you will or at least notify that you will not?

I’m very frustrated with my experience tonight. I use Durango Cab very frequently to get around town, as I typically work well after the bus stops running. My experience is usually very nice which is why I’m not leaving a lower star rating. Today I called their services around 7pm to create a reservation later that evening so that I could to get to work. About at 10:50pm, 5 minutes after my reservation was scheduled, they still weren’t there, so I called them. They told me that my reservation was cancelled, without any explanation as to why and without offering me any sort of compensation

Claims to be 24/7 have called multiple times trying to get a taxi from the airport. No answers and short calls. Would not recommend.

All the drivers are polite and respectful, always on time or early even, people on the phone end taking down the routes and times are excellent. All around excellent few rides I’ve had and will continue to use them as I need.

Ive been using this co. many yrs now, the staff and drivers are very nice and helps you if can. i have one problem with one dispatcher, he can be nice when wants to be, but for most times he isnt, i needed a ride on the 4th at 12, yes, its the 4th and busy, but hey you have 1 driver on the 4th? thats crazy, he trys to turn it around by saying we to busy, well busy or not, i needed them meds, yes, got meds on sat. but then e/r dr. called in some i needed to pick up on sunday, he was trying to say we picked up your meds yesterday, yes well excuse me if i need the new ones, so guess he will complain
