I just had to post this recipe, simply because I have made these delicious chicken roll-ups numerous times and they are always a hit. If you are gluten-free or have gluten-free company coming, gluten-free breadcrumbs work just as well. In a large skillet, saute the garlic in the oil. Lisa is amazing! She works with you to develop a plan that works with your lifestyle and the food tracking she has you do is super helpful. Every success is encouraging and she loves to help you track what works for you and celebrate inches lost as well as weight loss.
