Gunn's Fitness is founded on a pure passion and commitment to help people find their way to a healthier and happier lifestyle. We are relentless in the pursuit of ones well being, and will find the drive and motivation within oneself to master life long, sustainable results. Workouts are NEVER, and we mean NEVER the same.

Your body adapts to the stresses you place on it. Therefore, workouts need to be changed up constantly in order to shock your muscles with something new! PLUS, you won't get bored. It is hard to describe how grateful you are when you see the potential you can reach within yourself. Regina, I wanted to thank you for your wonderful efforts over the past year and a half of training me at your facility. I have achieved many goals while working with Gina: weight loss, toning, and physical conditioning.
We've got you covered. We'll create an 8 week training program just for you, and we'll hold you accountable! You'll be face to face on a welcome and intro Zoom with Regina and coached personally by her for the next 8 weeks. You'll be introduced to new exercises, and given a crash course on nutrition!

Knowing BMI can help adult men and women understand their overall health. Use the BMI calculator below to determine your body mass index by inputting your height and weight. Now that you know your body mass index you are one step closer to mastering your overall health. Your BMI is considered normal.
Use the calculator below for any lift to estimate your one-rep max based on the amount of weight you can lift on a given move, and the number of clean reps you can achieve before muscle failure. Strength coaches set up programs with percentages based on your 1RM because they don't know your actual strength level, but they know what percentages they want you to be using relative to your single-rep max.

If you are looking for a place to work out that is challenging, fun, and lead by people who care about you and your health, this is the place! Gunns fitness isn't just a place to go work out and leave, the trainers care about each of the clients and make sure they feel comfortable. This gym is amazing and the people who run it are even better. Come try it and you'll see!

If you are serious about getting in shape you have to take a boot camp class at Gunn's Fitness. A friend of mine asked me to join her for a class last week and I am so glad I did. Who knew how fun boot camp could be - and I'm being serious. Yes your going to sweat like crazy, and curse during your last round of squats but it is well worth it. I was sore for days after this workout.
