Steve is very fair and honest. We bought a mattress with a 365-day warranty and decided to exchange it. Without hesitation or giving us any grief, Steve ordered the new mattress and then delivered it two weeks later. We appreciated him doing this, and we're very happy with the quality of our new mattress.

Nice younger guy (sorry I forgot your name!) helped us find a bed at an affordable price point for my mom’s guest room, about a week ago when I was in town for Christmas. Since the bed is only going to be used occasionally, we weren’t looking for anything fancy. I appreciate we were not pressured to spend more than our budget, and the bed we found seems to be good value for the price. Without getting into details, I’ll just say it’s much more supportive than popular foam-only mattresses being sold for comparable amounts or more at other nearby retailers. Steve is amazing! He is very personable and really helps you find the right mattress. I appreciated his honesty and opinions about the top brands and how they compared to one another. Such an unfortunate customer service experience. From the second my husband and I walked in the gentleman working didn’t know what he was talking about, explaining they don’t have many sales so they keep sales consistent all through the year which was weird and kept saying “there’s beggars and choosers” to us. Just completely being disrespectful, the lack of knowledge about the products and lack of inventory was insane, they only had one king bed in the whole store and it was over a month out to get anything shipped to us and he couldn’t even guarantee that. I understand about the inventory

My husband and I are both indecisive people, Steve was laid back, informative, family friendly, not pushy in any way! I was amazed and very pleased. I'm an older lady and struggle with ordering on line. So they called and I discussed wanting a medium firm soft mattress. I don't go to stores because of Covid especially the variant Delta. They have me information on mattresses in my price range. I paid for it on the phone and they delivered. We had purchased 3 mattress sets from Steve about 3 years ago. We had a great experience purchasing those, so when it came time to buy another set, we went to see him. Awesome experience again! Steve doesn't try to sell you something more expensive than you need. He is knowledgeable about the products he sells, and makes sure that the mattress you pick is one that is right for you! We also bought a "side sleeper" pillow, which has proven to be a life changer! Delivery charge is reasonable and we couldn't be happier with our experience!!!

The sign holding man on Cole and Fairview was by far the most unenthusiastic sign holder i have ever seen. i look forward to waving at them and them waving back at me. he clearly saw me wave for a long time and chose to stare then walk away with a sour look. i would appreciate if you hire someone better or have him turn his frown upside down.

Writing my review after having my englander supreme pillow top mattress for about 2 months. It did take a while to arrive because of an issue with the manufacture but I am glad I waited. My mattress is as perfect today as it was the first day I tried it. I absolutely love it and we're getting fantastic sleep. The owner was really nice about everything and set up the mattress for us even though we could tell he was in a bit of a rush...but they came early and we were trying to get back to sleep so such as life. Thanks, we love our mattress. *I also want to add the prices here are incredible

I had high hopes for this store. Unfortunately when the bed was delivered to my daughter, the comment to her was "do you need it set up? Your capable enough right?" She didn't have the courage to say anything and I was not in town. It said a lot about how they treat customers. The bed isn't great either but we will take the blame for choosing it.

Bought a mattress through Steven, it was easy and affordable. Love the mattress!
Finally getting some good sleep.
He wasn't pushy at all, just was there to help us find the best one for us, it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend going here to get a new bed, definitely be buying through Steven again.

I highly recommend Steve at Affordable Warehouse Mattress. I needed two full size sets for my sons. Based on his good reviews online I called him from out of state, he gave me his recommendation, and had the beds delivered fast and at an excellent price. Very knowledgeable and nice as well.

I can't believe that I am the 1st person to do a Yelp review on this business!! I found about this business via Facebook. I have been needed a new mattress for a very long time. We bough my daughters full size mattress here after going to other places. The price was way cheaper than other mattress stores and we walk around freely picking the mattress that we like. The owner was very helpful and nice and did not charge us taxes and deliver the mattress free of charge. When we need another mattress we will definitely go here.
