Harry was an absolute help. My family just recently moved from California and needed new mattresses and he gave us an discount that can’t even be discussed online ! ( In a great way) I was looking online for HOURS for good deal and was losing until Hardy answered! We left with two new mattresses & mattress protectors !

Glad I stopped by. After reviewing mattresses on the web it seemed that actually seeing them in person was the best idea. Jason was running the place and he did a great job of showing us different mattresses and the different “tech” that they had.
He was very personable and not aggressive by any means which is super important to me. He was knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I hate shopping but I am very glad I stopped by.
I would absolute recommend the experience to someone looking for a bed. The Posh and Lavish line was the ticket. So comfortable.

If you need a mattress you have to go talk to Andrew. He was able to walk us through all the details of mattresses in an easy and logical way. At Mattress RX they are more concerned about you having a better and healthier sleep than the bottom line of your purchase price. Truly amazing that they were able to find a mattress and adjustable base to help aid our body ailments. Having had hip surgery, my wife has never found something that helps her sleep, while also getting ride of her hip pain. Locally owned and operated this store is the low pressure environment you are looking for. All this PLUS

Went shopping for a mattress today and had really great experience. There was a lot of variety and a very informative sales rep who walked me through their inventory and helped me find the mattress with all the specifications I didn't even know I wanted. Beyond being resourceful, the man who helped me (Harry) was great to talk and cracked jokes that were on-point; all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I didn't end up buying a mattress today, but Harry said he'd let me "sleep on it" and that I could always come back another time. If I buy a mattress, it will definitely be from Mattress

We’ve purchased mattresses from this company in the past and we’re happy with the price and service. We needed to pick up a mattress today and weren’t sure they would have what we needed within the time window so we checked with a big box store and the prices were astronomical and they would need to order the product still. We stopped in and talked to Harry today. Harry helped us find the best product within our price range and had us out the door in fifteen minutes. We finally decided to pull the trigger and replace our old mattress after over a decade. Harry was fantastic and really helped us walk through and fit the best mattress to our needs. He was great at providing information on the products and made sure it was on our price range and didn't even try to show us anything high, definitely not pushy. We feel we were well educated and able to really feel good about our choice. Oh, and he was able to help us get a great deal that we feel was a great value with a great warranty on our Dream Bed!

We are new here and have been hitting all the mattress stores we could find. Then, after many hours over many days of laying and feeling and discussing at 9 different retailers who sell mattresses, we found Harry Zola at Mattress RX in Boise. What a find! We were looking to buy a "last ever" mattress for our master bedroom and ended up getting that and mattresses for our guest bedrooms as well. He spent way more time discussing the science of mattresses than we would have ever expected. His only interest was what was best for us (and then, our guests). Amazing and unexpected.
