Such a wonderful community pharmacy run by a team that really cares for its patients. A rare resource these days as pharmacies are being shoe horned onto the corner of big supermarkets and run by people who don't have time to even say hello to you.

It is sad to say but, common courtesy and excellent customer service is a lost art...However, Josh and the gang are the greatest!!! They provide a perfect example of how to use common courtesy and excellent customer service. If you are having a bad day, upon leaving this pharmacy, you will feel much better thanks to the staff of Brookvale Pharmacy. I don't feel like a customer, I feel like I am family. The staff at Brookvale Pharmacy efficiently processes my orders and offers the fastest service in the San Pablo area. Come on...give them a call, or visit...I guarantee you won't

If you want great service and wonderful staff, this is the pharmacy to go to. Customer service seems to be a lost art, however Josh and his staff manage to provide it with ease. They are fast and do delivery, which for some is priceless. It's worth the trip.

My experience with chain store pharmacies is they don't really relate to the people they serve and they are slow. Brookvale Pharmacy takes care of you immediately and you can't beat the customer service. Thanks everyone for a great job.

Very nice people. Sometimes, it doesn't smell the best, but that's only because they allow homeless people to come in and relax. That just shows what kind of hearts the people at the pharmacy have.

This is one of the best pharmacies around! The staff takes the time to really get to know the patients and they are also very knowledgeable. Josh is amazing, he is always there and makes the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy over a larger chain.

One of the best pharmacies in town. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. No waiting for hours to have your prescription filled like other chain pharmacies. New owner/pharmacist is very friendly and enjoys helping all patients equally. Looking for a new pharmacy? Stop looking because you have found one you will not regret.

These pharmacist run a small pharmacy but they never have lines.They are always VERY helpful and nice.Also they are probably located right next to your docs office. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

Very easy parking too!
