Flat foot is a condition where the arches on the inside of your feet are flattened which causes the sole of the foot to touch the floor when standing upright.
Achilles tendinitis is caused by overuse of the band of tissues that connects the lower region of your calf muscle to your heel bone, also known as your Achilles tendon. Those at a higher risk for Achilles tendinitis are runners engaging in intense training or middle-aged people who participate in sports on occasion.
Ulcers on the foot may not always come with pain, but they are serious conditions that should be evaluated by a medical professional. The symptoms of ulcers may include drainage, or red, inflamed tissue. To properly diagnose and develop a treatment plan x-rays may be ordered. Time is of the essence when trying to save a limb.

Dr. Cella is one of my favorite doctors. She is so confident in her expertise, which is what I like about her. She explains her procedures and makes sure you understand. She also takes plenty of time to talk with you during your visit.

I came to Dr Cella for an ingrown toenail and I’m so happy I did! I have a problem from being flat footed which could need reconstructive surgery. Dr Cella was so knowledgeable about my problem. I’ve been going for weekly appointments for injections and was measured for orthotics. The swelling I have for almost a year now is going down! Thank you Dr Cella. Dr. Cella gave me my mobility back! I am grateful to Dr Cella for getting me back on feet and even running again after I had a complex foot and ankle injury following a motorcycle accident. My foot and ankle was broken in 5 different places plus I had torn ligaments and a ruptured Achilles tendon. Dr. Cella is not only a great Poditrist, she is an excellent surgeon. I saw Dr. Cella as a new patient. She was very thorough in her explanation. She took her time with me and explained everything in detail so that I can feel more comfortable. No bedside manner whatsoever. She didn’t even say as much as hello to me when she walked into the room until I said it first. She lacks compassion, and doesn’t seem to care about the patient’s needs and desires. I got the sense she just wanted to find whatever “problems” she could, in order to profit from doing a procedure. She just about argued with me when I told her I could not take antibiotics (which I did not need because there was no infection), despite me explaining that I suffer from terrible adverse reactions. She also pushed for me to have to call my insurance company for codes

Not happy with this drs services at all. Recommended inserts and she was paid $350 out of pocket. Then found out she got paid by Medicare United Health Care. Their billing department refused to refund my money. Even after UHC called them. Dishonest doctor. And the main receptionists and medical assts cares nothing for the patients. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice all together.
